I looked over and saw so many people on the deck I asked my self how is it so strong to hold all of those people but then I realized that it's not important. I went over to Ragnar to ask a question.

"Will we now go to Earl Haraldson?" I asked nervously. "Yes we shall introduce him to you and present him with the gold." he said. "Do you think he will like me." I asked anxiously. "Why would he need to like you?" he said smilingly. "Look if he doesn't like you me or my brother will take you as a slave and then free you." he said. "Thank you so much!!" I yelled out of happiness.

We got to the deck and people were cheering them on. When I passed everybody looked confusedly at me. I tried really hard to ignore them. We came to Earl Haraldson. I literally think my heart is going to rip it's way out of me.

"Ragnar! How did the raid go!" the Earl said. "Good to see you too. It went very well. However, there is someone I would like you to meet." he said pointing to me. "Hello, who are you?" he looked intrigued but slightly confused. "Hello, my name is Hild, daughter of Asger the Blacksmith and otherwise known as the Vivid Healer." I introduced myself and could just hear and see the gasps as everyone in the room gasps even Ragnar and the rest because I never told them I was the Vivid Healer. But I was pretty shocked at their reaction. "You're a decendent of Thor himself. Since you're from the west, do you even know who Thor is?" the Earl said. "My father did mention that someone named Thor is from our family." I said.

The Earl's wife Siggy whispered in his ear. A sudden suspicious look appeared on the Earl's face and then his wife Siggy whipered something again in his ear.

(The symbol can be seen at the beggining.)

"Turn around and lift your hair so that I can see the back of your neck." he said cautiosly. I turned around and lifted my really long hair and I just heard another gasp. "It's true, isn't it? The one who has the symbol will be a skillful healer, has your mother been killed?" he asked. My eyes opened widely and a few of my pure tears came out as I quickly wiped them off and said "Yes, she was pierced through her heart with an axe".
"The mother of the Holder of the Symbol would die exactly like that. I'm very sorry." he said. "Am I a slave now." I asked as I stopped crying.
"No, you are as free as you can be." he said. "Ragnar, I want you and Lagertha teach her everything she needs to know about the Gods." he said as I looked at Ragnar who was standing right beside me. "Now you can leave." he said as everyone started to leave.
