"Alright let's get started. Sit down please." Mrs. Ferry said as she walked in from her office. This was my favorite class, sincerely because I loved singing and Mrs. Ferry was just the best choir teacher in the world, mainly because of her sarcastic attitude. "How is everyone today?" we all start to open our mouths to say "Good" in unison like we usually do, but she continues before we can say anything, while walking towards Adam. "Good? Ok, so today I understand that we have a new student. You see I already know these questions but I'll ask them because I feel like it. So, What is your name?"
"Uh, Adam Smith." Adam replies laughing a bit.
"Alright Adam how old are you?" She asks leaning against the piano.
"14. I have an early birthday so I'm still in 8th grade."
"Well since you're new, we might as well play warm fuzzies!" she grabs the fuzzy bee that we use to play our favorite game, where she gives us a topic and we say two things about it. Random Things.
"OK, our topic is you, say two random things about yourself in under 10 seconds. Let's start wiiiith......Rachel! Go!" She throws the bee to Rachel, one of the 11 people in our choir. Varsity. Adam was in the varsity choir at our old school, so he was automatically enlisted to Varsity here. (BTW just because we learn differently doesn't mean we're literally mentally insane)
"OK. So #1 My birthday is on a leap year so I'm technically only 3 1/2, and #2 I'M HYPER A LOT."
"True." I say as she passes it to Trey saying his name as she passes it. Trey.....I think. just the sweetest and most amazing guy in the world...
"My favorite movie is Monsters Inc. and my dog is the most retarded thing in the world." We all laugh because we've heard multiple stories of Trey's...um...unique dog.
"She got off the leash and started SPRINTING towards the frozen yogurt shop and I was trying to get her, but by the time I had got there she had knocked over 3 stacks of cups and eaten out of 1 topping jar."
I started to fall over out of my chair from laughing so much, not the most attractive thing on my part but hey, what am I supposed to do?
*End of Flashback thingy*
The chain keeps going until they get to me.
"#1 I'm obsessed with music it's like my freaking life ok? and #2 Adam is my best friend and we have BEEN best friends since we were born." I look over to Adam who's become red from the multiple eyes on him, and I pass it to him.
"Uh OK I'm Adam and my choir teacher at my old school hated me because I sang too loud so uh there's that." We all laughed and I could tell he was well being accepted.
"AndLiliaisinlovewithme OK may I go to the restroom like, now?" he says slurring the last part a bit.
"What did you say??" I say getting out of my seat and snapping.
