David: I hear you weren't at breakfast this morning.
Elizabeth: I wasn't hungry,
David: You also weren't at dinner last night.
Elizabeth: Again, I was not hungry.
David: You've barely eaten in a week. You'll eat a small sandwich for lunch, and that is all.
Elizabeth: I'm not hungry.
David: Darrel...
Elizabeth: 😑
David: Sorry. Elizabeth, I am worried about you.
Elizabeth: What for?
David: I haven't seen you in a little over a week. You haven't left your room.
Elizabeth: My room is so beautiful, I'm making use of it.
David: 🙄 Do you really expect me to believe that?
Elizabeth: Apparently, you're not as stupid as I would hope.
David: Talk to Lord Grantham. Please. I don't like what this is doing to you.
Elizabeth: Are we finished? I'm tired, I'm going to take a nap.
David: Fine. But we're not done.

Cora: Carson, please bring a tray up to his Lordship. He'll be in the dressing room.
Carson: Certainly m'lady.

Mary: Why doesn't Papa come down anymore?
Edith: Probably because you're always glaring at him. 😏
Mary: Well, it wasn't right what he did.
Tom: Didn't you disown Darrel the last time you texted?
Mary: Anyways, Papa is being ridiculous. He needs to leave his room.
Cora: I prefer him in there. He can't ruin anymore lives.
Edith: Here we go again...
Mary: "Girls, have I told you about how your father made my life miserable?" "He ruined everything!" Honestly, Mama, just get a divorced and be a scandal.
Edith: I think this family is being gossiped about enough.
Mary: Well, it's better than being in arguments all the time.
Edith: Since when are you wise?
Mary: I find it annoying watching the pair of you fight. Just get out of here.
Tom: And the heartless Mary is back.
Mary: 😑
Cora: We need to figure out a way to repair Darrel and Robert's relationship.
Edith: How? Father's gone and wrecked it.
Mary: Technically, the queen did by sleeping with him.
Tom: You needn't blame them for everything.
Mary: Why not? They've always done something.
Tom: Well, I'm going to look at pigs.
Mary: Fine, I'll come too.

Edith: Well, I'm going to London tomorrow. I can try and talk to Darrel.
Cora: That's a good idea. Have you thought about what you're going to do about the magazine?
Edith: I trust my editor. Besides, I can do most things on the phone.
Cora: Try and visit us while you're in the area.
Edith: I'll try. Now, I must go.
