And here it is.....
We pulled up into the school parking lot which was already packed with students. I got out of the car and looked around. Like always people were staring. We were probably the richest family in this town so yeah.
"Bye Alora" my brother said while walking towards his friends that were already waiting for him.
"Bye" I mumbled walking away from the car in a different direction of my brother.
I made my way to my locker to drop of some books. After leaving what I don't need I headed straight to chemistry.
I was the first one to make it there so I took a seat in the back and waited for the rest of the class. After a couple of minutes people started filing in and soon the class was full.
That's when I noticed when everyone was louder then usual. Even when the teacher came in and told everyone to quite down there where still whispers coming from all around the room. I wondered what got everyone in to gossip mode but figured out that I will find out soon enough.
When the bell rang I slowly got up and started walking towards the door when someone stepped in front of me .OH GREAT!!!"Little miss I'm so popular and hot but 4 real I'm not" and her little crew of whores.
I tried to walk around her but her fat ass blocked the doorway.
"What do you want bitch?" I asked her with venom leaking into my voice.
"From you ?? Noting that's for sure but I just wanted to pass a little warning around!" she smiled..An evil smile.
"But I am getting him one way or another so watch out." she gave a little laugh as her friends giggled in the back.
"What are you talking about?" I said with real curiosity in my voice. Like seriously what is she nuts? People don't just come up to people and start talking about random things!!
She just smiled at me and walked away with her hoes trailing behind her like a tail.
God how I hate that bitch Brittney. All I could think about was saying "WORD!!!!" to her face and taking her blond hair and turning it into a pompon! Like for real?? Wft was that???If she thinks she is so popular then why in the world does she have to worry about getting a guy??
"Ha! Popular my ass!!!!!!" I mumbled under my breath chuckling and then started to make my way to math.
I hated math and dint pay attention much to anything the teacher said so I pretty much failed it all the time.
"This review packet will help ..."said Mr. Griffin but didn't get to finish the sentence before I zonked out.
My mind couldn't help but wonder about what Brittney was talking about. Who did she mean? Was he the reason everyone gossiping today??
"Miss .James"said Mr. Griffin
"Huh? What?"I said a little startled and heard giggles and laugh from around the room.
"Number 25 ,would you like to answer it?"
"Oh ok, um...x will equal 43"I said looking down at my book. My face was turning hot and I could feel it going red, which meant I was blushing.
"Correct" he said continuing with the next number and person.
I blew out a sigh and the bell rang. Finally! Lunch!!
I left the room and went to my locker. When I was done putting the books away I started heading towards the cafeteria when someone called my name.
"Alora! Hold up!"
I turned around to find Nick running towards me. He was from my math class. He had black emo styled hair and was very cute very muscular and was also on the football team.
"Hey wats up?"
"Um... I was wondering if u would want to go out Friday?" he said scratching his head.
"Uh...I... I have a lot of studying to do for the math test that was coming up I failed the last one and I want to do good on this one s probably not sry, maybe some other time " I gave him a quick smile and literary ran towards the cafeteria
I knew I would feel bad about this later. One incident and I already can't trust guys. But in his school there are too many freaks, not enough circuses.
*Lunch*
I was ready to pay when I felt someone staring at me. I took a look around the lunch room and noticed my brother looking at me with a worried expression. I gave him a slight smile and then turned my attention to the person across from him.
My smile instantly disappeared as I realized who it was.
"Oh My God" I whispered under my breath.
I felt tiers build up in my eyes and threaten to spill. I saw my brother slowly get up but couldn't focus.
My mind went blank and then I remembered...remembered everything.
I started toward the cafeteria door to escape the pain that was now making my tiers run hard down my cheeks.
With everyone staring at me and my brother trailing behind me I left the cafeteria thinking "PLEZ NOT HIM PLEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
