I woke up, hurting all over. I tried to look around to see if Denjay and Caros were here. I saw Caros awake and perfectly well, but I saw no sight of Denjay.

I heard a familiar voice say 

"You're finally awake." I had heard this voice, but where? I tried to look up and see who it was.

 "I wouldn't try to move if I were you." Then it sparked, how could I have forgotten this voice . 

"Onara, I haven't seen you in years! It's good to see you, well, hear you anyway." He walked over and looked down at me.

"I heard about the accident, are you okay?" He asked in a calm but worried voice.

"Accident! Accident! This was not and accident! It was all Caros' fault! He Kicked me and shoved Denjay into a- Wait, Denjay! Is Denjay okay!" I started freaking out, If he wasn't okay, then who could care for me?

"Answer me, please!" I shouted again.

"Yes, he is okay. He has been put in another room to be healed up by our advanced medical experts. I am just an apprentice, though I should be able to fix up that leg of yours." He pulled something out of a pouch on the side of his apprentice belt.

"Drink this." He commanded, but in a kind voice. I had a sip of the strange thick potion, and I froze solid. He paralyzed me!

"It's okay Mezy, if you are paralyzed then it means that you aren't able to move around to cause your body to produce or use more energy. And I need a level amount of body energy to perform this." He placed his hand gently on my leg, It was painful, but I couldn't do anything. I felt something run out of his hand. It felt somewhat  soothing and after about a minute or so, my leg was completely back to normal.

"Woah, that was awesome." I got up and my joy faded away from my face as I saw Caros approach.

"What do you want now, Caros." I said in a harsh voice.

"Well firstly, I want to congratulate you." He said in a kind voice.

"You passed the test. We do this to all the new recruits. This is nothing new. I know it seems bad but in fact, Denjay is just fine. He will be back up in no time."

"Are you kidding with me right now." I stared at him, "So you're saying that what happened was normal, yeah?"

"Yes, It only happens to a few people anyway, We do that. If they don't change into our symbol creature, The Stone Stermon, then that means you have to go through our whole process of training and learn for years. But you, you changed! You became the Stermon! You, Mezy, are now a warrior of the Mezlo Clan. Yo-" but before he could finish, the ground started shaking. I thought it must be normal since the Mezlo Clan are the Earth Clan. But the way Caros looked at me said that this was not normal.
