You look in the mirror and say the thing that you hate
Your stomach is too big
Your arms are too small
Your breasts are too big
Your nose it too small
You say that to yourself, but would you say it to a friend
or a child you recently met
Would you it to a younger version of yourself?
If you wouldn't say it to yourself when you were little,
Then why would you say it now?
