Hello I am Nicole Rose and I am 18 and a nerd.

People really doesn't see me. I pass through the hallways and they don't see me. I get bullied by these group of girls at my school because I'm a nerd and also the way I dress. Don't worry, it's been like this since I first started high school. I'm always in this all red and black uniform dress with high knee socks and black flats. Really I do have other clothes to put on but I don't. Sometimes I just wish they would leave me alone and let me be me.

I went to my locker to go and get my things when a few girls came from behind me and pushed me causing me to feel excruciating pain in my chest

"Well look at this girls, a piece of trash" the leader of the group said and the girls behind her snickered.

"H-hey Courtney" I stuttered a bit. She gave a mean glare that soon turned into a smirk.

"Um hi nerd" the girls snickered again.

"Hey sister!!" Someone yelled from the other side of the hallway. We looked and saw this incredible hulk jock. The most handsome jock in the school Courtney's older brother

My heart started to pound into my chest.
He is so handsome. I have almost every class with him except science and math.

His Dark chocolate Skin, his black short curls,nice strong muscles, white pearly teeth, his delicious dark brown eyes. He was everything.

I pushed in my glasses and hid my face by hanging my head down low.

"Hi big bro" she hugged him and he hugged back. They looked exactly alike except Courtney was a little lighter.

"So umm who is this and hey girls" he said to Courtney's five friends who were

They all blushed a little and said

"Heeey daaanniel" they ratchetly said.

"Anyways c'mon sis let's go to class we only have two minutes left" Daniel said.

"Ok. Bye nerd" they all snickered and walked away leaving at my locker sad and alone.

The bell rung and I got what I needed and went to my first period.

So it's the end of the day and I'm walking home in the rain because I missed my bus.

It started to rain harder and I soon got in the house wet. as soon as I got into the house I felt something hit my cheek.

"Tf you been?" My drunk father said. He's always like this, abusive and evil. Whenever he's drunk he would hit me. My mom left my dad and she never came back.

"I-i-i was l-ate because of the bus" I said trying to explain. But it only made things worse. Just in time my dog, Cleo, saw what was happening and he growled and bit my dad in the crotch. I then took a beer bottle and hit him over the head with it.

Cleo then went to my room and got into my bed. I laughed and flopped on my bed and soon got on my laptop and I went onto my Instagram. On my ig I'm a whole different person. I'm not some ugly, needing girl with a low self-esteem,im this peppy, ghetto chick that people would want to see more of and trust me I have a whole lot of followers.

Speaking of followers I just have a few new ones.

"Hmm who are you?" I said to myself. I clicked on this one person's ig and omg, it was

I panicked.

I, Nicole Rose and now going to talk to him, Daniel Wallace

I then had a text from him;

D:Hey

N:Hi

D: ur a very beautiful girl😋

N:oh thank you

D:do you go to school?

Oh no what should I do? what should I say?

N:I go to Westbrook High

D: oh cool I go there shawty lol

N: wow

D: what's your name

I then shrugged, wats the harm giving him my name. He probably doesn't know me

N:Nicole

After that I had no reply and so I huffed and turned on the TV watching Kung Fu Panda and ten seconds later I got a reply

D:that's a beautiful name,we should see each other some time lol😳

N:sure lol😜

D: igtg I'm going to football practice

N:oh word?

D:word, I'll see you around sexy. Bye

N:bye

I then closed my laptop and took me a shower and did my routine and went to bed with my dog.
