Chapter 5

This is continuing from Chapter 4 (like a part 2).

Jimin POV

I couldn't believe what I overheard what Wendy was saying about Jaebum confessing to Seulgi. I tried to find Seulgi so I can talk to her. A few minutes passed and I saw her walking down the stairs.

"Seulgi ah!!" I shouted

Seulgi had a surprised face, "What is it?"

"Did Jaebum confessed to you?" I asked

"What's your concern?" Seulgi asked

"I just wanted to know" I said

"Yes he did" Seulgi said

I clenched my fist, but I had to control my anger, "And what did you say?"

"Is this really your concern?" Seulgi asked again

"Just answer me, what did you say?" I asked again

"I said no... I couldn't accept his confession because I didn't know him well. If I knew him well, I would have took it into consideration" Seulgi admitted

"Alright" I said "I believe you"

"Jimin ah, why would you care what Jaebum ah said? Or what I said?" Seulgi said

Seulgi POV

I just finished my test and I started to pack up. I was heading down the stairs and I heard someone shouting my name. "Seulgi ah!!"

I turned around giving a surprised face, "What is it?"

"Did Jaebum confessed to you?" Jimin asked

"What's your concern?" I asked

He wanted to know so I told him "yes". I saw his hand getting clenched and I could tell he was holding in is anger.

"What did you say?"

I told him again that it's not his concern. Then I said, "No, I couldn't accept his confession because I didn't know him well. If I knew him well, I would have took it into consideration"

After he said, "Alright, I believe you"

The thing that got me confused is why Jimin cared so much on what Jaebum said and what I said too.

Jimin POV

After hearing what Seulgi was telling me, I could tell she was telling the truth. And of course Wendy was eavesdropping me and Seulgi's conversation. Wendy came out of the side.

"I heard what you guys were saying" Wendy said

"Oh," I said

"Yeah, why do you care so much on what Seulgi said?" Wendy asked

"Well... She's my friend and I need to know what she is saying and yeah..." I said, not knowing what to say

"Nope, you're lying. Jimin just tell me..." Wendy said

"Ughhh.... Okay" I said, giving in

"Ever since Jaebum homewrecked my relationship a few years ago, I never could trust him. And I don't want him to ruin my friendship with Seulgi" I said

"Nope you're lying again. Your angry because you don't want Jaebum to steal another girl of yours... That's why you were wondering what Seulgi said the other day!" Wendy said

"Whhaaatt?! Ani!" I said

Wendy laughed, "I knew it"

"Okay, okay... You can think how you want to see it Jimin" Wendy said

^^ Sorry for that grammar right there... I hope you got the gist of it. Even though this is a short chapter, I was having trouble on what to write and it took me a long time to think about plots. 🙃
