Who are you: Chapter 16

Jasmine's P.O.V

My date with Him when amazing, Since it was the summer holidays i decided to go over to Lucy house as we were going shopping. 

"Bye mum, see you soon" I shouted. 

"Bye, dear take care" She shouted back.

I left the house. I took my phone out of my pocket and placed my head phones in my ears. I was 5 minutes away from Lucys house when my foot caught on a small lip in the pavement where it had cracked previously and prevented me from taking another step, I was confused and didn't know what had happened until I was half way to the floor and my body had already dragged my hands up in front of my face to protect me. My stomach churned over and I felt sick for this brief moment. Contact. My hands grazed along the floor and skin tore from them and pain screamed through my palms in a horrible sting, my head bumping my arm shortly after-wards. I felt dizzy and had a headache from the trauma of my head jerking so suddenly and my hands stung less than I first though, but upon inspection I found them to be bleeding and covered with grit from the floor. I stood and wiped my hands down, composing myself and trying to make myself unseen as I noticed the people who stood around me; Some laughed, others were a little shocked and I was embarrassed.

I limped all the way to lucys house.

"OMG, what happened" Lucy asked shocked at my apperance. I couldnt answer here as i was still dizzy. I walked in slighltly dazed as my head hurt from the impact of the fall. I looked around the room, and everything was suddenly fading to grey. My heart beat sped up so fast, it almost hurt. I slowly tried walking, I felt like a ribbon slowly falling to the ground. I didn't feel a hit, it felt like falling in a black hole, and now all I saw was darkness. I felt so alone.

When I awoke, I felt a little pain in the back of my head. My entire body felt limb as if I just ran a Marathon. I slowly opened my eyes to see someones worried face staring down at me. 

"Are you alright" She asked slowly panicing. I nodded my head to fast which caused pain to run over my body. 

"Sorry" she muttered. I tried talking but my throat was too dried. I think she noticed my internal struggle and got me some water.

"Who are you?" I asked slightly agitated at the pain i was getting from my head. I sat up slowly, Only noticing my surroundings, Grey walls, I looked to my left to see something attached to my arm.

"Im going to get the doctor, i'll be right back" The girl got up and left the room, returning a few minutes later with a doctor.

"Hi, Im doctor Mathew, Now Jasmine, you had a really bad fall and hit you head pretty hard, which caused you to faint which lead to you having a Concussion, you also scrapped your hands, but there not that bad" He continued "Im going to ask you a couple of questions, to see how server your concussion is, okay"

I was about to nod my head, but i remebered what happened last time and answered with a simple 'yes'

"Do you feel a slight ringing in you ears" Doctor Mathew asked.

"At first but now, i cant hear it as much as when i first got up" He nodded

"Do you know this girl sitting next to you" He asked again. I looked to my left to see the girl that was in here with me before.

"No, i dont remeber her" The girl had a heart broken look on her face.

"Okay, you Concussion is non fatal which means you can go home, just take it easy, we will call you mum to come and pick you up so, in the mean time, try to get some rest okay?" I smiled.

I closed my eyes....

I moaned from the tapping sun-light against my face, I wondered how long I'd been sleeping. I blinked, shut my eyes, blinked again. I yawned, managed to fully open both eyes. 

Where was I? 

I looked left and right and noticed i was in my room. I sat up and felt a bit dizzy, but continued to get up untill i was near my bedroom door, as i was about to open te door the door was pushd open, which caused my to stumble backwards aganst my bed.

"OH gosh, are you okay?" Lucy asked.

"Urm, Yeah, Lucy what happened and why does my head hurt so much" I asked. I sat down on my bed as i waited for her to explain what happened.

"Well on your way to my house, you fell bumped your head and fainted at my house, we took you to the hospital and when you woke up, yo-u-u couldn't remeber me" Lucy broke down in sobs "I thought you were never going to remember me, and we will have to start our friendship for the begining, I thoug-" She couldn't continue her sentece as she broke down crying.

I hugged her. "Im so sorry, I love you to much to forget you permanently, I-I-I" We both broke down in sobs. I heard the door open we looked, to see my mother standing there staring at us with amusment in her eyes.

After a while Lucy went home, My phone started ringing and the caller ID said George

I blushed, i answered the call

'Hello'

'Hey, I heard what happened and wanted to make sure you where alright' - George

'Oh yeah, im feeling better thanks'

'I'll let you rest and i'll come and see you to tomorow"

"Okay bye george'
