Troye

"Do you not want a lift to his?"

"No he said he's sending someone to pick me up" I replied to Caspar. It was one of those rare occasions where he suddenly had some overwhelming concern for me as I patiently waited for the car to arrive. I wasn't expecting Tyler to actually send me a ride, but when he texted my that morning saying someone would come to pick me up, I didn't see much reason to decline.

"Are you sure?"

"I don't know Cas, this whole moving in thing is still new to me"

"No," he laughed, shaking his head. "Are you sure the car is supposed to pick you up at 5?"

"Why?"

"Well, either they're here early or you missed heard what time he said they'd pick you up"

"Wait wait?" I rushed my words as I quickly paced to the window, seeing a reasonably new car waiting outside the building along with a woman leaning against the vehicle.

"Oh shit" I muttered, checking my hair and outfit before zipping up my suitcase. Luckily the past couple of days had been spent taking some of the bigger items to Caspar's apartment while I held onto my clothes and toiletries. It felt pretty sad that they could fit into one suitcase.

As I picked up my phone and keys, along with any other documents in preparation to hand over my flat in a couple of days, I ran towards the door, jogging on the spot waiting for Caspar to grab his coat.

"Come on!" I said reasonably loudly, pretty much jogging on the spot for him to come to the door.

"Eager are we?" He smirked, pulling the door closed behind him as we made our way downstairs.

I was surprisingly chilled once we were sat in the car, my mood not exactly nervous as I took the time to relax into my seat. The car was comforting, it's smooth interior leather seats with tinted windows had a cozy feel as the car made a peaceful hum as we strolled down the road.

I made the assumption that I was relaxed because for the first time in a while I had a peaceful morning, where I could get up when my body wanted to, have a proper breakfast and actually take the time to rest and think over my day, rather than heading out he door by 7am in hopes of someone giving me a contract so I could start earning money.

But hell, I was nervous when we arrived at his house.

It was stunning. The building had a unique twist of old and new styles, creating a mature yet tasteful appearance. The entrance didn't over do it, but the intricate details such as the greenery and woodwork framed the door that made it feel like home.

The windows were large, its interior just peaking through the glass, concealed slightly by the dark silk curtains draped by its sides.
The steps up to the building were a light stone, the subtle grey flecks in the steps making it almost appear to shimmer in the afternoon sun. Each post surrounding the entrance had delicate and beautiful designs winded around all the way to the high rooftop above the door, which on its own stood strong with its rich oak would and rustic handle and door knock.

I couldn't believe that a single home could hold so much beauty, power, and equally a home-like feel all into one. I took the time to look at my surroundings once I stepped out from the car, noticing how far we drove up to get to the front of the house. Just before I had the chance to have a peak by the side of the house, I was interrupted by a young woman walking down the steps.

"Troye and Caspar is it?" She asked, smiling while picking up my bags from the driver. I watched and smiled back, unsure of what to do other than nod to confirm. Her smile only brightened as she firmly grasped the handle of my bag before gesturing her head toward the door.
