Niall was preparing for this day for weeks getting the nursery ready, making sure the car seat was installed right getting a bigger vehicle for the kids, so they had more room for their legs and to spread out when they went on trips or went away in general, and he was reading materials on how to take care of a baby that was going to have problems cause their parents was a heroin addict cause this baby was going to have lots of birth defects and it will be going through withdrawal as well as soon as it was born, and Niall had to be ready for anything with the little one
"Kenzie sweetie can you come here please?" he calls to her cause he was getting ready to go to the hospital to get the baby cause the baby had been born and he was going to be going to the hospital to get the baby and see her for the first time
Kenzie comes to daddy to see what he wanted to say to her
"Hey big girl" he says as he picks her up and puts her on his knee
"Hi daddy" she tells him
"Daddy going to go to the hospital to see your new baby sister, and when everything is cleared you guys can come and see her too cause i want her to meet her new sisters" he says as he was talking to her
"Why can't i come?" Kenzie asks him
"The baby is small right now she does not weigh much right now and she is going to be checked over to see if she is okay, and when everything is cleared daddy will come back and get you girls but daddy can take you to the hospital cause he might need some company" he says as he thinks of what it might be like when he gets to the hospital and he sees the baby for the first time, and Kenzie might need to help him come up with a name for her baby sister cause Niall didn't have any names ready for her when he was going to see her for the first time cause he doesn't know if the baby was going to live or die right now since she was going to be little
