As soon as I reached home, I did as I told. I called Mexi.

But she didn't speak anything after hello, she do this often whenever she is angry.

"C'mon Mexi talk something"I pleaded.

"Don't you think you're too stubborn, speak up"no response.

"You're mad at me because I said I don't turn up for the sports meet right? Okay, I'll be coming".

"I said I'll be coming idiot"I yelled frustrated.

"Really"she squealed, for which I laughed at her.

"Don't laugh at me"she stated seriously.

"Here my Mexi is back"

"You're really coming, huh?"she asked, still not believing me.

"Yes idiot I'm, now tell me about your love story"I teased.

"Ash, I too can tease you so stop right there"she warned.

"Oh..c'mon, it'll be fun to hear what you have to tease me"I stated sarcastically.

"If you have the idea of teasing me with Jay just drop it"I added.

"What Jay even had to do in these"she said calmly.

"Then"I asked, confused.

"I think you do have some connection with the letter 'J' "

"Why do you say that?"I questioned.

" Why do I say that? Is that even a question?"

"I asked you an answer"I stated seriously.

"What's his name again Jamie or Jam"she chuckled.

"It's Jamie, and it's his nickname, his real name is James"I replied dryly.

"See, you're even maddening just because I misspelled his name"she faked a cry.

"I just corrected you idiot"

"Whatever, dear, you're coming that's enough for me so now I stopping this just because of that, happy?"she laughed.

"Finally, thank god"I sighed.

"Dear, I think you have to thank me instead of god, because I'm the one who stopped".

"And you're the one who started"I stated sarcastically.

"And where is the girl pleading me to talk something"

"I regret it now"I said laughing.

"I know that already, "she giggled.

We shared everything that happened in the past days until my mom yelled at me to bring her mobile back.

The next day we were mostly in our hidden place instead of class we played, commented on crossing people and we came to know more about each other.

When Jamie left for canteen, Mexi turned to me with a serious face.

"What"I questioned.

"Did you talk to Mexi".

"Yes, master, how can I not obey you"I laughed at her sour face and continued.

"Ishi, I did call her and I'm going".

"Good"she stated still with a 'not good mood face'.

"But Ishi, still you didn't......" Jamie voice cut me off by rushing towards us.

"Yeh evil twins, have a news for you"he said passing us chocolates.

"And what it is, evil god"Ishi asked while uncovering her chocolate.

"Heard we have new staff who is too cool for a professor and management making arrangements for upcoming event"

"What event"I asked out of curiosity.

"It's a get together for passed out seniors"

"Yes"Ishi jumped happily "then we can meet J".

"J? Who is that, you never mentioned before"I asked confused.

"She is one of our senior Ash, you'll love her, she is one good thing"this time it's Jamie who explained about her.

How can only hearing a person's name can make people happy. I think she is really a good thing then.

And the day came, my mom took me to the airport and I called Mexi to inform that I'm boarding and I'll reach by tomorrow morning.

We landed at 5:30 and went straight to the uncle Ford's home who is the one picked us.

We rested until 8 and came out to witness the happy family watching action movies.

When I entered the hall uncle Ford greeted me with a smile and insisted me take a seat.

We all watched the movie when uncle Ford chuckles bring our interest to him.

"Ash, you know there are days when we think a fight is just the sound that coming out of us"he smiled like he remembered something.

"Your dad and me used to fight with the sounds disummm dusummm...., we make the sounds much similar to movies"on these note we all started laughing with him.

We turned up in school at 11 and mom excused herself to attend the call so I entered the school searching for the known faces.

When Mexi lays her eyes at me, she rushed towards me, hugged and voiced 'i missed you idiot' nonchalantly.

Then she walked me to Ben, Yuan, Devs and later Sam and Zach joined us.

The time Zach came, he started humiliating me in his way by stating that 'i have gained weight because I've missed them so much' for which the whole group snickered.

We talked and talked about nothing but my eyes never stopped searching for the one who preoccupied me for this whole time.
