I awoke to the annoying sound of my phone ringing. I wiggled out of Cameron's grasp and answered it groggily.
(Shawn calling)
A- hello?
S- I know it's early and I'm sorry, I just needed someone to talk to.
A- it's cool.
S- I'm not allowed to even go in her room and I don't know what to do.
A- go home and get ready. We're going to do something fun.
S- what is it?
A- just get ready
S- okay, okay
(End of call)

I grabbed my things, silently making my way downstairs.

"Ella!" I beamed seeing her sitting on the couch watching tv.

"Ashlee!" She giggled, giving me a big hug. "I missed you."

"I missed you too! I gotta go but I promise we will have a girls day sometime, alright?"

"Okay, deal." She agreed and I smiled before leaving and heading home.

I showered and put on my new matching vs set. Even though no one is gonna see my underwear, I still like it being cute. I'm sure all girls do it. Me and Kylie always go shopping together at vs. She's one of those best friends I'm gonna remember forever. High school can be pretty bad but finding a best friend like her is worth it all. I put on some leggings and a t shirt, since it was a warmer day than yesterday, and some tennis shoes. Hopefully it won't get cold. I brushed through my hair and brushed my teeth before grabbing my keys and phone. I texted Shawn telling him I was on my way and then headed off.

I arrived at his house then honked and he walked out the door a few minutes later, getting into my car. He was wearing a sweatshirt and basketball shorts with some nike tennis shoes. Perfect for the occasion.

"So, where are we going?" Shawn asked.

"It's a surprise!" I exclaimed.

"Ugh." He groaned and I just laughed at him.

Shiiiiii I forgot to text Cam.

A- sorry, had to leave babe. Love you

I put my phone up and started driving.

"How long is this gonna take?" Shawn asked.

I jokingly rolled my eyes at him. "A few minutes. Just sing or something. I like hearing you sing." I suggested.

"Song preference?"he asked.

"A handwritten one." I answered.
(Haha wink wink)

"Alright. This one isn't finished yet but here goes." He said then started singing with his angelic voice.

"Shawn that's amazing!" I exclaimed. "You have a really great voice, really."

"Thank you." He smiled, turning a light shade of pink. Aw, cute.

"And we are here." I smiled, parking the car on the side of the road.

"Okay, so you just really have a thing for the forrest?" He joked.

"It's where the forrest leads youngling." I giggled. We got out and I showed him the entrance. "We are going on a little hike today. Hope you don't mind it."
