"i'm not letting you walk away this time." it's been weeks and namjoon just really wants to talk to his crush.
"fine. just leave me alone afterwards." namjoon doesn't know what to say, so instead he simply nods. he takes seokjin's hand in his own and leads him to the bench outside of the school.
"how was your day?" namjoon starts, getting an odd look from the other boy.
"you drag me out here to talk, and that's what you say? i'm leaving." he starts to stand, but namjoon doesn't let him.
"i just thought light conversation would be better than deep thoughts." namjoon says, looking down while realizing that he may have hurt the boy's feelings.
"i don't like small talk."
"i'll note that for future reference."
"you don't have to. there's not going to be a future." he them stands up and walks away. and namjoon lets him, feeling guilty about keeping him here.
