Ginny's POV:
----------------------------------------------------"Ginny hurry up! You're going to be late for school!" My mom yelled from outside my door, banging on it.
I slipped on a big sweatshirt, not even bothering to wear a bra today. I jumped around the room while trying to get my jeans on looking for my stupid shoe. I was throwing everything around to find my other stupid moccasin. Thank God my hair was already done, I think my mom would've lost her shit if I took too long.
"Momma I'm coming! I'm looking for my oth-" I was cut off by my mom who opened the door holding my other shoe. She had a playful grin on her face while she twirled my shoe between her fingers.
I gave her a look and playfully snatched the shoe out of her hand.
"You left it in the living room. AGAIN. I don't know whats up with you and your brother with leaving your things in my living room." She started to lecture.
I grabbed my bag off the floor and picked up my winter coat. I walked out of my room, past my mom and headed for the stairs.
"I'm sorry, Momma. I promise to keep your living room clean." I said, rolling my eyes.
She slapped me on the back of my head while I laughed out loud.
I walked into the kitchen to see my dad on his phone with a cup of coffee in his hand while my brother, Deno, ate his bowl of cereal. Deno looked up from his cereal and widened his eyes with a big toothless smile.
"GINNY!!!" he screams from his high chair, kicking his little legs.
I laugh and run over to kiss him on his chubby cheeks. "Hi Deno bear! How's my favorite baby!"
Deno giggles in his high chair and goes back to making a mess of his cereal. He babbles and slams his spoon down into the bowl.
I go over to my dad and kiss him on the cheek as well. My dad looks up from his phone and smiles at me.
"Good morning babygirl. You better hurry and eat. I'm dropping you off at school today."
"Why? Where's my car??" I asked, making myself some hot chocolate.
"I'm sorry, but it broke down. It'll be fixed by the time you get home, sweetie. I pinky promise."
I nodded my head, and went out of the kitchen. I yelled goodbye to my mom and brother, then headed out the door with my dad.
My family isn't really my family. My biological parents died when I was a day old in the woods. They were shot and killed by hunters. The couple found me and raised me as their own daughter. My mom always told me I was their blessing baby, because they had recently lost a baby from premature birth at that time.. Ever since then, I have been forever grateful to them. Deno is their biological son and he was an awesome addition to the family. They are wonderful parents to Deno and I.
I also forgot to mention that my family are werewolves. Yeah. A human being raised by wolves. We don't live in a pack house, due to the fact that my parents like to keep to themselves. I didn't mind. I liked just living with my little family. My dad works for the council of the pack. They used to give him a hard time for raising a human child, but learned to get over it and accept me.
My dad pulled up to my school 10 minutes before school started. I got out and ran up the steps to the school.
"Have a good day Ginny!" My dad yells out to me as I get out.
I laugh and wave back at him. I enter the school and immediately am tackled by arms of people.
"Gin Gin!" My friend, Tamia, calls out to me.
