Chapter 13: Clowns X carnivals X and clues X oh my!

"THANK YOU!!!" Screamed the voice of Allen Walker.

"Woah kid! Calm down!" Said the carny man nervously.

At last someone finally had a clue as to where Allen's friends were! Or at least one of them.

The carny cleared his throat and spoke up, "Yeah some blonde kid had brought that green haired girl yous was talkin' about. Said e' found er' passed out in the forest. She was still alive but e' was tryna' get er' to a hospital. But Glam ain't got that good of healthcare y'know? So I told em' if she's not too hurt then e' should just take er' elsewheres. Ya know?"

Allen nodded, "So can you tell me where he went?" Asked the boy.

"Yeah e' said e' was going to take er' to a city not to far north of ere'. That's for the best since York New is too far away. The place is called Mantune or somethin' like that" The carny told.

Allen just smiled. "Thank you for the information good sir! It's much appreciated!" Allen shook the carnie's hand.

Allen, Killua, Alluka, and Timcanpy all left the town. Killua had a compass and Allen had his map, so getting to their next destination wouldn't be too difficult.

Killua sighed, "Jeezz, I hope your friend is there. I'm getting reeaaaaalllyyy sick of this."

"Oh hush nii-san!" Alluka huffed. "You always have fun on adventures!" She exclaimed, looking at Killua as if he was crazy.

Killua puffed his cheeks out, "Not with weird scar faced strangers." The assassin mumbled.

Allen looked taken aback at this. "But... We aren't strangers anymore! We've been traveling together for a few days now!" Allen exclaimed, aghast.

    "Ok well you're not a stranger, but you're still strange." Killua stated.

    Allen sighed, he looked at his map and thought for a moment. 'How long is this going to take?'

    Killua looked at Allen and could tell exactly what he was thinking. "It shouldn't take too incredibly long to get to Mantune. If you want I can carry us there quickly using my God Speed again." Offered the assassin.

    But Allen shook his head. "No, you don't need to strain yourself Killua. We can get there just fine at a normal pace." Declined the exorcist.

    Killua just shrugged, "Your choice."

    It was midnight when they arrived in Mantune. They were all tired and hungry. That was rather apparent due to Allen's stomach sounding like a whale.

    Alluka yawned, "Nii-san I'm sleepy." The young girl was rubbing her eye.

    "We should sleep and eat at a motel for tonight, then visit the hospital in the morning" Killua suggested.

    "BUT WE'RE SO CLOOOSSEE!" Allen groaned.

    "They wouldn't be allowing visitors in the hospital at this hour anyway!" Killua reminded the exorcist.

    Allen hung his head, "Okay..." The scar faced boy said, defeated.

    They checked into a nearby motel. Killua, Alluka, and Tim fell asleep quickly. Allen on the other hand, was having a hard time dozing off.

    "Please be okay... Everyone" The exorcist whispered before closing his eyes.

Short chapter I know. But I wanted to get something out today so here it is!
I will be getting to the other characters eventually. Gon, Road, Sheryll, Link, Kurapika, Lenalee, will all appear some time! So don't worry :p .
