Nerd Transformation (Original)

1. The meeting

Jasmine 'Pov'

So today's my first school day.

I'm the typical nerd girl with the glasses and the clothes and of course the brains, but my friends are the exact opposite of me, yup it's one of those stories surprise surprise they're popular!!

So yeah I get up and as always I am super early, because I like going to school 'nerd alert'.

So I go down stairs and walk into the kitchen to grab an apple to go.

I give my mom a kiss and am ready to leave.

"Aren't you gonna give me a kiss?" My big brother says in a mocking voice.

And I just scowl at him.

If I haven't told you earlier I'm 16 years old, I have a 19 year old brother and we live with my mother in a giant house, only the three of us, but because my mom is a supermodel it's mostly the two of us cause she's always away on business trips.

Yep and now you're thinking my mom is a supermodel, but I'm a nerd weird right and also my brother is one off the so called 'bad boys' of my school and yes I'm the only weird one in the family.

So I get in my car and pick up my 2 best friends, Melissa and Jonnieh.

Melissa is simply very pretty, she's not that popular, but compared to me she's one of the cool ones.

Jonnieh is the leader off the basketball team, so that explains that.

So yeah those are my friends.

We arrive at school and Melissa goes her way and I am left all alone with Jonnieh.

"So Jaz where is your home room?" Jonnieh asks.

"Room 146." I say.

"Woah that's far, I'll meet you at lunch." He says and leaves.

I sigh and am standing all alone in the hallways.

I go to my locker, grab my stuff and walk to my home room.

I get in and grab a seat at the window in the 4th row.

The professor comes in, introduces himself and says that this was 'get to know your classmates' day.

I just go on writing one of my books I've been working on.

And then the unexpected happens, the leader of the 'bad boys' (you ask why it's unexpected because he NEVER comes to class) comes in and as usual everyone keeps staring, gawking and making creepy faces at him, but I on the other hand am too busy with writing so I didn't really care anything.

Out of all the empty places in the room he chose the one right next to me.

I am too busy writing to give him the time of the day.

"Hello." I hear him say.

I look up and check him out without noticing.

"Earth to whatever your name is." He says.

"The name's Jasmine." I say and go on writing my book.

He is taken back by my reaction.

But I just ignore him.
