YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYAYAYYAYYAyYYAYAyA!
I had an awesome lesson. When we got to the barn, Robyn B. was there. She told me to go get Roslyn and put her in the crossties. Rosy is a Clydesdale/Paint cross and super cute. I got her haltered and brought her over and groomed her. Then I put her saddle pad on and got her half pad and saddle. I only needed a little help. HAHA TINA. Then I put her bridle on and brought her into the big arena. There was one other girl, she was on a flea-bitten grey pony I forgot the name of. She was like exactly the same level as me, walk trot canter, trot over poles. The girl was named Veronica, but it was pronouced vuh-roo-neeca, not sure if it was spelled the same. I started by getting on Roslyn. She was similiar to Abby, slow and steady type. Her trot was pretty smooth, and I rode her with a crop. We worked on twenty metre circles and such before I got to trot her. It's super weird trotting in a saddle again, but I liked it. Veronica got to canter a bit, but it was a first lesson for me, so it was pretty simple.
I untacked her and fooled around a bit with her. She's such a sweetie. I got this picture after I put her away.
Awwww. She's so cute. Probably will not be my regular lesson horse there though. I think she's adorable. This barn has given me a good impression so far. I will return next week for sure, but I want to test some other locations as well. Just to decide.
