I called James making sure he was still at the airport,
"Hey Honey! I was just calling to tell you I love you and that I'm so excited that we literally have 3 days until the wedding ! Have a great day !" I said trying not to sound suspicious.
"Hey honey! I love you more! I'm just as excited as you are! I'm just waiting for my plane to get here . It should be here any minute. Oh wait ! Someone is calling me . Hang on a second . "
This was really strange to me . James never tells me to "Hang on". He always ignores the other person calling until he is done talking to me.
*CLICK*
James hung up on me! Now I really have to investigate now . I call Harley to make sure she made it to the airport on time .
"Harley, did you make it ?"
"Yeah girl, I'm waiting on them to call my ticket so I can board the plane,"
"Oh good! But guess what happened now! James hung up on me to talk to someone else on the phone!"
"Girl what? That's crazy! Did you call back?"
"'No, I called you instead",
"Okay well Jade I'm boarding the plane now. I'll text you if I see anything happen. Love ya!"
"Okay , love ya too!"
I finally lay down to take a nap only to wake up 30 mins later to a phone call from my modeling agent . He tells me he needs me in the morning for a Nike photo shoot . "Yes , yes! I'll do it ! ", I say excitedly. It just so happens to be in Atlanta. Haha. This sounds like a great plan.
I call Jamiese and Britney to fill them in on the whole James thing . They think that sending Harley was the right thing to do. But what they don't know is that I want them to fly with me to Atlanta to go on this mission too. So I tell them to meet me at Leslie's Bistro tonight in downtown Chicago for dinner.
