Emma's POV
Layla sped us down the road to the club.
We pulled up to an old building that had graffiti on it. In a vibrant array of colours, there was a bright sign that read PLUSH. I pulled the hairband out of my hair, letting my hair fall to my shoulders. I slipped out of the dress and slipped on a white loose crop top with mid-length sleeves. Under my dress I had been wearing a pair of cut offs.
We got out of the car and the Dallas heat hit us. The sun was just going down but the parking lot was filled with trucks and a few expensive cars. We walked straight to the door and talked to the bouncer.
After a little talking we went in. The club was crowded and boisterous. Sweaty bodies moved to the music. Some were standing at the bar as bartenders mixed, poured, and shook drinks. As soon as we were halfway through the door I lost the other two.
The next thing I knew some one was grabbing my hand and dragging me through the crowd of people who were grinding on and dancing with each other, and to the bar.
Brown eyes stared down at me as I watched the bartender. He slung a towel over his shoulder and walked over to us with a smile.
"What can I get you two?" he asked.
"French Martini, for the lady. I'd like a shot of Spirytus Delikatesowy."
"One minute." the bartender said.
He went into a small back room behind the bar and rummaged through it. Pulling out a bottle that looked like it was filled with water. He got down a martini glass and a shot glass.
After he poured the guy's drink and made mine he set the glasses on the bar in front of me.
"There you go, Blake," the bartender said.
"Thank you, DaNeal," said the man next to me.

Ryder POV
We pushed through the bouncer and into the nightclub.
"Go look for Alexia. I have an idea of where Emma is." I told Jax.
He nodded and started to look through the maze of bodies. I headed to the bar.
As I had guessed, there was a tall dark haired guy standing next to my mate, who was sitting on a barstool. His arm was slung carelessly across her shoulder as she threw a shot back then giggled.
"Mind getting your hand off her, Blake?" I asked, more like demanded, trying to hold back a growl.
He turned around as Emma jumped. I glared daggers at him, his arm was wrapped around her waist now and I realized she wasn't wearing the dress anymore. The loose white crop-top and short cutoffs had my wolf howling. If he didn't remove his hand soon, I was going to rip it off.
"Now, why would I do that?" he asked with a smirk.
"Get. Your. Paws. Off. Her," I growled.
"She's a pretty little thing. Ain't she? Think I'll just keep her," he said, pulling her closer and looking at her lips.
Like hell he'd keep her. She was MINE.
"Guys, take it outside and leave the little lady alone," DaNeal said.
"Hey, when I start taking orders from a vampir, I'll come to you. So go back to your coven. "
"Vampir? You mean like, German for Vampire? Like Dracula?" Emma asked.
No! Shoot, she was going to panic. Not good!
"Emma, sweetheart, calm down."
Thank God for Layla.
Blake pulled her flat to his chest, closing the gap.
"Yeah, Emma, calm down. Wolfy-boy and the vampir won't touch you."
She looked up at him confused at that sentence, and he kissed her.
I lost it and no one stopped me. Layla quickly pulled Emma away from him as I attacked.
He stumbled back and hit the bar as my fist collided with his jaw. A loud crack was heard but I didn't let up. The second one hit his eye, then his nose, causing another cracking sound. By now Emma was yelling.
Another hit his cheek, and Jax was trying to pull me off him. A hit to his throat and I let up.Unscathed, I look down at his bleeding face.
"Next time you touch anyone close to me, I will kill you."
Two of his guys came and helped him up, as I grabbed Emma's arm and drug her out of there.
On the way back she didn't talk. She sat facing out the window, as Layla sulked in the back seat, and the others followed us.
"I can't believe you sometimes, Layla. You know how important she is."
"You said you were going to reject her."
"I don't care, I haven't yet so they are still a threat to her! Do you understand!?"
"Yes, Alpha, but-"
I turned my eyes from the road and shot her a glare. She was the only one who had the balls to stand up against me. At times it interested me but right now, I wanted her to shut up.

Emma's POV
This doesn't make sense, none of it does.On the ride home Layla called him Alpha. The guy at the bar called him Wolfy-boy.
I know for a fact that this wasn't happening. This only happened in those werewolf books. Not real life. Those books are cliché books that all end in a happy ending. Life wasn't some story. This was not happening.
We pulled into the driveway of the house. Layla shot out of the back door and slung my door open.
We flew past the door and up the stairs.
