Laurence x Lauren

I woke up to hear pounding on my door I jumped out the bed yelling, 'Be there in a second.' I swiftly put on my Blue shirt and slid on my black boots I grabbed my sword that was in the corner of my room and flung it in the air catching it with my tail and putting in my belt. I smiled then opened my door and ran down my stares going to the door to find my best friend. 'Laurence'

"Hey Lauren." He said smiling.

"Hey Laurence how are you?" I wagged my cat tail and moved a stand of my pink hair out of my face.

"Im good by the guard had found 'Something?" He had concern in his eyes.

"What do you mean by something."

"I don't know but the rest of the guys wanted me to come and get you so you could check it out."

I thought for a moment then nodded my head the followed him. Out into the forest when we found the rest of the guards surrounding something. I only saw a small glimpse of mint green I gasped then everyone turned around and looked at Laurence and I. I smiled as Dante walked up to me.

"Lauren glad Laurence could drag you out here."

"What is that thing?" I questioned. 

Dante looked back at the other guards and motioned them to move so I see. When I did it was a young girl, with Mint green hair and dog ears and a tail rapping around her body to keep her warm she had cuts and bruises all over her and a hole going through her tail. I shivered at the pain she must of felt. I walked up to her and heard her shivering and covering her mouth with her hand to stop her from making sounds from the crying. I felt bad for her as I turned around to the others and 'Waved' them off so they would leave. I looked at Laurence and smiled as he told the others to leave the two of us alone. He trusted me. I knelt down next to the girl and looked down at her.

"It's just me, my name is Lauren and I'm not going to hurt you. I want to help." I said with concern in my voice.

She didn't speak but she slowly calmed down and stopped holding her mouth. She was shaking still. I looked back down at her tail and held mine. I talked again.

"Are you okay."

She shook her head no.

"You're tail?" I asked

This time she shook her head yes.

"You have a name."

She whispered very quietly that the human ear couldn't hear but me being a neko I could hear her.

"Minty."

I can take you to my friend she can help you Minty

She looked at me and her eyes widened as she saw my ears and tail. She nodded. I got up and walked up to her and reached my hand to help her up. She grabbed my hand and tried to stand up, succeeding. I let go of her hand though and she started to fall over I grabbed her hand and pulled her towards me she smiled. I picked her up and carried her bridal style to Lucinda's house. To be honest she was quite light. I looked down at her as I saw her cheeks heat up. I smiled and  kept walking to Lucinda's soon getting to her house and knocked on her door with my leg because I was holding Minty 'Duh' She opened the door and looked the girl in my hands and motioned me to come inside. I did as told and followed her closing the door with my foot. I set Minty down on the couch and Lucinda walked over and examined her. She then looked back at me.

"If I want a better look at the hole in her tail I need to shave the fur around it." I looked at Minty and could see the fear in her eyes. Lucinda looked at Minty as she thought of what she should do. She then nodded her head 'Yes'

"Minty I need to finish my parole so I'm going to leave you here with Lucinda, is that okay."

She nodded and smile. I waved 'Bye' to the two girls and left the house. I started to walk until I saw Laurence, he hadn't seen me yet so I help my sword still and ran up to him so my sword wouldn't make noise. I jumped on his back and started to laugh. We both fell over laughing. I turned to my side to look at him and when I saw him laughing my face burned up. I know that I have a crush on him, there is no way to hide it. We both stopped laughing and looked at each other, I started to thing of something.

"Hey wanna go my sisters I heard she made a pumpkin cake. Wanna go with me to try it?"

"Why not."  He shrugged. We both sat up and went to K-Chan's, I love my sisters sweets and I knew Laurence did too. Once we got to her Cafe type thing we went inside. I waved to Kawaii~Chan as Laurence and I sat down.

We had talked about random things until kawaii~Chan came over to us as we ordered the cake. We kept talking until Laurence asked me something.

"What happened with the girl?"

"She was hurt so I took her to Lucinda."

"Did you get a name out of her?"

"Yea, Minty."

"That's an odd name."

"Yea."

Then K~Chan brought out the cake.

"Thanks." We both said. She smiled then walked to the back room. We both tried some and loved it.

After we finished the cake we both just stared at each other till Laurence spoke up.

"Hey Lauren?"

"Yea?"

"I like you a lot."

I sat there and took in what he said the smiled, hearing K~Chan fangirling in the back.

Hey guys, Minty is here. So for the past, how ever long I have been on Wattpad I wrote my story's on my phone and/or my IPad and it took forever and my hands had hurt really bad but, for Christmas I got a keyboard that hooked up to either one of my devises and I can type which makes the writing proses go faster because I am some what of a fast typer.

I am sorry that this chapter wasn't out sooner but I wanted to spend Christmas with my family. Also I had finally got a Mint green wig so that I can cosplay Minty, yay. Hope you have an amazing Christmas and comment some requests down below.
