And Idk if some of the timeline is accurate but it's a fic bear with me]

The ordeal between Tyler and Josh faded a few days later. They quickly sorted out feelings, and Tyler even apologized for how he had been. He admitted that he was slightly more focused on Jenna, and that he would make sure to always spend an even amount of time with the two to avoid this kind of conflict ever again.

They had released their album Blurryface, and both of them, including Jenna, were surprised at how far they'd come. Not that they were surprised because they weren't that good (because they are that good), but because the two anxious, stressed and depressed boys were never fully confident in themselves to experience a blessing such as this.

Josh was always in awe over their songs. The way they sounded were so original to him, and he was in love with beating his drums to each individual song. He was in awe over the lyrical content as well. He was in awe with the meanings, and he began to realize even more what went on in Tyler's head.

But it seemed that sometimes the demons in his head weren't as apparent.

Sure, Josh has his own blurryface.  But that didn't mean that it was known.

As time passed, Jenna and Tyler eventually got married.  Josh couldn't have been happier, but the loneliness that ached in his chest grew deeper.  Tyler's struggles seemed to fade before Josh's very eyes, while Josh could practically stare his right in the face.  Josh didn't know how to feel about that.

Josh noticed different things that changed about Tyler for the good.  He noticed how he wouldn't cry as much, how he didn't have as many nightmares; his scars were pretty much faded, he did the vigorous head-shakes less in performances, and any crying that he did do was generally out of happiness or joy.  He even wrote a love song.

But Josh seemed to go down the more Tyler went up.  He had a relationship with Debby Ryan for a long time.  It seemed like things got better, until they broke up.  They still remained friends, but that hurt Josh even more.  It was as if loneliness was smacking him upside the head.

His anxiety grew worse.  He nearly had breakdowns before shows.  Don't go, it would say.  Don't go back on stage.

He would force himself.  Of course, the comfort of Tyler's presence helped immensely, as well as the love that came from the crowd.  He would get rid of the shaking by hitting the drums with such force and rapidity that his drumsticks would snap in half mid-song.  He appeared to be pouring his heart and soul into the performances, and the crowd loved it.

If only they knew, that he didn't love himself.
