The day went by slightly quicker than usual, and I was thankful for it too Ana had forced me to eat at least an apple at lunch. Not that I minded I actually really enjoyed fruits, now onto Choir with Alyssa I was praying she wasn't mad at me for accidentally gawking at the guy she was talking too.
"Hey Lyss," I gave her a half smile walking into Choir standing in my spot next to her.
"Hey Ken," she gave me a bright smile, "guess what!?" She slightly bounced in her spot,
"Don't tell me," I faked a gasp,"big scandal Miley Cyrus slept with Justin Bieber?" I chuckled replying sarcastically.
"Nooo, he's still single and Miley is back with Liam Hemsworth!" She rolls her eyes a smile still permanent on her face.
"Then what?" I chuckle again,
"Asher's Friend Tanner has a car and they're picking me up after school so Asher and I can hang out!!" She squeals,
"That's awesome Lyss, but" I sigh, "be carful I meant what I said earlier he looks like trouble." She sighs rolling her eyes,
"Yeah," she scoffs, "that's why you were staring at him like he was something to eat right?" She looks away.
"No lyss, it's not-" I start but I was cut off by the teacher, I sighed looking down.
"Okay class let's start preparing for our summer concert, we're going to start with the song the last rose of summer! So come get the music!"

Alyssa didn't look at me for the rest of class, and if she did it was a quick glance to see what part of the song we were at, I felt guilty for sharing my opinion with her.
"Yo, hello- Ken are you even listening to me?" Ana snapped her fingers in front of my face,
"Sorry." I gave her a half smile, "what'd you say?" She sighed,
"What's going on?" She questioned,
"Alyssa is mad at me for telling her that guy looked like trouble and got bitchy with me. I just feel bad I guess." I looked down walking out the front doors with her,
"And you fucking wonder why I can't stand her," Ana growls. Almost everyone was gone by now, Ana's mom picked us up after school and we hung out at her house until my dad got off work he didn't like me being home alone ever since everything with me had happened. But her mom wouldn't come until school traffic was mainly over with.
"It's not her fault," I sighed again, "I just-" I was cut off by the honking of a car horn, I heard a squeal behind me and then a flash of ginger hair running toward a car. A tall masculine guy dressed in a dark grey beanie, loose fitting stonewashed dark blue jeans with chains hanging off the right belt loop and a tight fitting black T-shirt with a leather jacket stepped out of the passenger side door and he seemed to have glanced over at me giving a cocky smirk. You could say I was practically drooling over this guy, I could already see the smirk on Ana's face.
"Asher!" I heard as the ginger basically jumped in the boys arms, I face palmed myself. Because the ginger was Lyssa, and the attractive guy was the boy she was talking too.
"Damnit," I sighed to myself.
"He's hot," Ana comments,
"But off limits," I glare at her, "besides not like you'd try anything with any guy other that Jermaine."
"Not for me you idiot," she rolls her eyes, "For you! You need to put yourself out there and quit being such a prude." She sighs,
