we were back in the stuffy court room

my hand in Josh's, while Tyler now sat next to me and Jenna next to him

"before we find out the jury's choice, Mr.summers how do you bled?"

"not guilty" his voice echoed through the room typical of course he wasn't just going to go oh yeah actually I plead guilty

"your honor new evidence has been found" a person in a suit announced walking through the doors

"well spit it out agent" the judge said unimpressed by him barging in

the agent had short dirty blonde hair and reminded me of Dean

"well we managed to recover the phone and have found a possible address for where Toby Anderson is being kept we have people on there way now"

I gasp they are finally going to find him

"the phone we discovered belongs to Drew Summers"

just then a phone rang through the room

"sorry I need to take this, agent decker, hm I will let them know now, anything else, right okay thanks" it was the agents phone "that was one of my agents, they have found Toby alive, he is being transfered to a hospital now, his description of his kidnapper is identical to Drew Summers"

"thank you agent Singer, you are dismissed"

the court room was silent

"Jury please state your verdict on Miss. Blacks and Miss.Browns accusations" the judge asked facing the jury

a young girl with light blonde hair stood up

"we find the defendant Guilty of both charges"

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding as Josh squeezed my hand

"Mr. Summers, you will be facing 15 years for sexual assault and placed on the sex offenders list, as for kidnapping you will face 20 years, all together you will spend 35 years in prison with no good behaviour leave"

he was handcuffed and dragged out of the room the smirk no longer on his face

it was as if everything was in slow motion

Tyler hugged me as Blair walked over to us tears falling freely down her face

"Im sorry I had to put you through that Raven but it needed to be done"

"don't worry about it Blair hes going away for good, now go to your brother"

she simply smiled, rushing out the room following the agent

"you did it" Josh said pulling me into a bear hug that eventually Tyler and Jenna joined in

"Hey my family are having their annual get together on sunday, you should come the more the merrier" Tyler exclaimed like a lightbulb went off in his head

short chapter but Im already working on the next one because I have some good ideas for it
