Ingredients
- Mince Chicken 250 gram
- Potatoes Large 5-6
- Onion thinly sliced 1
- Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
- Green chilies paste 1 Tablespoon
- Salt To taste
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander mint leaves as per need
- Mozzarella Cheese as per need
- Green onion as per need
- Tomato thinly sliced 1
- Olives 5-6
- Butter 2 Tablespoon
- Black pepper to tasteDirections
Qeema
- Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onion. When onion are brown add mince chicken, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes,
- Add red chili powder and let it cook until chicken is cooked well.
- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves
- Fry for 2 minutes. Your filling is ready. Set aside to cool.Potato stuffed
- Half boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice tops off of potatoes and scoop the flesh out, leave skin intact.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Fill potato with salt, butter, mince chicken, green onion, tomatoes. Add cheese on top, garnish with olives, black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
- Qeema stuffed potatoes are ready to serve.
