10. "Ice Cream"

The class ended. Usually the class doesn't go by so slow, but you were looking foward something. You wanted to get ice cream only Rin and you, you've gone to eat ice cream with him before but Shiemi and or Yukio always came with you. But this time it was only you and Rin. Rin stood up, he took you by the hand and he started running outside, pulling you with him.

RIN'S POV

I has just asked her out. I had my eyes closed, but I was wide awake. I knew that if I walked out with (y/n) others were going to try to tag along and I didn't wanted that. Just (y/n) and me. So when the class ended I avoided everyone and took (y/n) by the hand and I started running outside, when we got out side we stoppe panting "What was that?" (y/n) asked while panting with her hands on her knees "Nothing, let's just go get ice cream, 'kay?" I responded, I felt embarrassed to tell her that I just wanted it to be the two of us, I didn't think that she knew that this even was date. It was a very warm day so it was the perfect day to get ice cream, it was a long walk from the cram school to the ice cream shop. We talked about how hot it was, and how much we wanted ice cream, I was paying attention to every word she said. I liked to listen to her beautiful voice, she glanced up at me and noticed how I was staring at her she blushed a bit then she kept talking, she was so pretty. We got to the ice cream shop. It was hella crowded "Guess we'll just have to wait" (y/n) said and I sighed. We started to laugh about everything, an employee told us to keep it down but we couldn't stop laughing. After a while we got to the front of the line. I had chosen chocolate she chose pistachio with chocolate chunks. We sat on a bench outside the store and we enjoyed it while talking about random stuff a tall guy that looked a little older than us approached us and stood right next to (y/n) looking down at her, he nodded "Yeah... Very nice, why don't ya ditch this loser and come with me babe" he said in a very flirty tone (y/n) stood up, I stood up to kick his butt to leave (y/n) alone. I was stepping closer to the guy but (y/n) raised a hand to tell me to stop, she put her hand down and dared into the guy's eyes for a second. Was she going with him?
"Hello, um... What's your name?" she asked nicely to the guy "Oh, I see what you are doing!I I like it... My name is Kevin" he lowered his body so that his face was parallel to (y/n). He was getting on my nerves, I almost lost control there for a second, then I saw that (y/n) was squeezing her fists. She took him by the shirt pulling him down to make him kneel then pulled him up a little so that his knees were not touching the floor but his feet were, then she said"Well...Kevin who made you think that being such a brat was going to lead you to get any girls, looking at their breasts, interrupting their dates with other guys, doing things like that will only get you to have your ass kicked" he was terrified, and I could see that she was about to lose it "to how many people have you done the same thing that I am doin to you? How many people have you terrified like I am to you? Huh? You lost count...didn't you? People like you disgust me" she threw him to the floor, she folded her arms and looked away, he was on the floor looking at (y/n) with terror and I was just witnessing, "I better not see you doing anything bad again, ya hear me, Kevin?" she said, he nodded and said "Yes" the he ran off. (Y/n) sighed and then sat down again, "That was quite a scene" she said the closed her eyes "Yeah" I sat with her and closed my eyes too "At least now I know that I shouldn't get on your bad side" I said, then she giggled she put her hand on top of mine and said "Lets just go home"

(Y/N) POV
You walked home silently until Rin said "So... He interrupted our date, right?" your faced turned red "I-um, I don't know, did he?" you responded "Dunno" he responded, you saw Shima walking, and he had seen you "Yo! (Y/n), Rin. How ya doing?" he said as he walked to you, "I'm good how are you?" you responded, with a friendly tone, it was true that you wanted to be with Rin, but things got awkward so you walked with Shima on your right and Rin on your left until you got home. Right after you headed to you room as quickly as possible but Rin grabbed your arm stopping you "Can we talk?"
