You always put your family first over your own self, When I was 12 and needed a kidney transplant, you volunteered before even letting the doctor even finish, last year when I got into that car crash you were the first person at the hospital even though you were 5 hours away you hopped on the first plane home just to make sure I was okay. You were the most kind hearted person I knew and you would do any and everything for the people around you, I remember when you and dad told me about Gabe and you cried so much and were so hurt because you couldn't have both of you babies with you. I have a lifetime of memories with you, I came out of you and I always thought I'd be going out with you. I love you mommy and you will always be my mommy. Rest in peace mommy.
