Chapter 9

I woke up feeling a little dizzy. I tried stretching my arms but my right hand was stuck. This guy is holding my hand soooo tight. Kahit naka bow yung head niya, I already knew that it was Ricci. I fixed his hair and just stared at him focusing on his beautiful face.

"Ricci." I couldn't help but call out his name.

Akala ko mahina lang yung pagkakatawag ko but he immediately woke up and got shocked.

"KIM!!! Thank God. Thank you." He hugged me and planted soft kisses on my cheek. This guy though.

"I'm sorry. Gaano na ba ako katagal dito?"

"No, ako dapat ang mag sorry. I shouldn't have brought you there or ordered for you. Or basta. It was all my fault. I'm so sorry."

"It's nothing, ano ka ba." Then I laughed a little para naman maging okay yung nararamdaman niya kahit papaano. Nakayakap parin siya sakin but I don't wanna let go. Pero siyempre he has to.

When he was sitting again, still holding my hand, I asked him again my question earlier. "So, how long am I here?"

"Uhm... today would be the 4th day."

"Hmmmm... 4 days, huh?"

"Yep. 4 days of me almost getting crazy."

"Hahaha. Sorry naaaa." I pouted. He cupped my cheeks and stared onto my eyes. Fuuuuuck.

"Don't ever scare me like that again, please?"

"I'm sorry." I know it's all I can say. I can't promise him na this would be the last. Pwede ngang worse pa dito yung mangyari. But whatever I'm still happy he was with me that day and he's still here beside me. I couldn't be more thankful.

He started contacting our friends especially mine para malaman nilang I'm alive alert awake enthusiastic. And in less than an hour, sabay sabay silang dumating dito. With flowers, cake, and banner. Taray! Hindi naman halatang pinaghandaan itong araw na 'to!

The day was so tiring but still priceless bc of the happiness of everyone around me. Mga 7pm na nung nawala na yung mga tao. Now I'm left with Ara.

"Hay gurl, ang haba ng hairlalu mo. Kung alam mo lang."

"Ha? Ano nanaman yan?"

"Alam mo, Ricci never left your side. Di ko alam if he's just feeling guilty or iba na yung na fefeel niya." Sabay asar niya sakin. Pero siyempre, being a normal human, i couldn't help but smile. "Kilig na kilig ka naman! Ikaw talaga. Matulog ka na nga."

I decided to rest my eyes para naman soon, ay makaalis na ako. This whole thing was surreal.
