Chapter 7: "Teach Derek Hale how to use a Gun"

"Nothing Impossible unless you don't try." 

     Elena's P.O.V

I sit here looking at Derek knowing he was asleep I'm beginning to worry he's not been healing I haven't been healing either, I go to check on his wound he catches my hand. "What are you doing?" He asked. "Checking out my boyfriend, why aren't you healing?" I asked him. "Some wounds take longer to heal." He says while turning his face. "Derek, show me your eyes." I say. "You just saw them." He retorted. "I mean you're real eyes." I say. He sits back and faces me they don't glow.

"Where did you get the guns?" Derek asked. "Argent lended me a couple and my dad is an FBI agent he taught me how to shoot one for protection." I say. "I don't like guns." Derek says. "That's because you never learned how to use one." I say. "Or I've been shot repeatedly." Derek says. "You'll like this one. The legal clip size in California is ten. You always want to remember how many shots you fire. Running out of bullets can get you killed. It also makes you look stupid. But using a gun isn't just about learning how to point and shoot." I exclaimed to Derek.

"Why's that?" Derek asked. "Because an average person can move twenty-one feet in one-point-five seconds. If they have a knife, they can gut you before you can pull and fire. So with a gun, you need distance. Go for it. Pull the gun on me." I say. When he pulls the gun I take it away. "Want to try that again?" I asked. "Uh huh." He said. "I can do this all day." I say. He takes the gun. He jumped up and kissed me. "You so cheated." I say.

I had to run to go see the doctor I heard someone come up behind me it was Derek. "You scared me." I say. "Why are you at the hospital?" He questioned. "Mom, wants me to see a real doctor even though Deaton is still technically a doctor." I say. "So she doesn't agree to having Deaton check up on me, do you have your gun?" I asked him. "Yeah, is something else wrong?" Derek asked. "I just have a lot on my mind." I say. When we go into the hospital my mom sees me with Derek. She smiles. We came into a big room. I get up on the table and lay down mom explains to Derek. 

I see a baby on the screen I smile Derek holds my hand. Then my smile drops mom calls me into another room. She said I lost the baby I let out tears she hugged me tightly. Derek come over. "The--- baby's gone." I cried. I had a miscarriage I don't even know what's wrong with me. "Shhh." Derek said. As soon as the next day I had the baby cut out of me. I cried even more I was an emotional wreck.
