The Phone Rings
Ten past ten in the morning
Although Lachlan was kinder reminiscence on what actually happened five days ago, he had quickly snapped back into reality; as he still shudders to this very day on receiving most of those inappropriate questions that, were mainly aimed at him and no one else. So as he was still gazing out of his floor to ceiling window, he was sorter mumbling out loud on how he finally agree to do this actual interview for the university magazine? In spite of the fact that he owns many skyscrapers throughout Brisbane, you would most likely find him working extremely hard in one of his impressive 'Towers' that is situated along 'The Brisbane River.'
So as he was coming to his senses, he was kinder mumbling to his whole self once again, 'How the flipping Christ did I get sucked into doing this interview? I just hope Professor William Johnson, will live up to his bargain? By sending the person who I prolifically request for, because if she isn't out there I'm not going to be extremely intolerant towards this unqualified reporter, who I hadn't asked for in the first place. Plus If she this so-called reporter starts digging into a certain part of my accursed memory, as I'm trying to forget for the past thirty something years of my life, I'm not going to be a very happy person,' he was somewhat saying to himself.
In much of all as he was still gazing out of his window, he was heavily thinking he doesn't care who he may upset in the end. As it might give them a bit of shock to their actual lives, on what he about tell them. "I don't care whoever I may upset in the end, because they might be in a bit of shocked once I tell them on what I've been through, but if it Linda Wilson who'll be coming up to do the interview on me? I'm sure she won't be asking me some senseless questions, like those first-year students, who had done quite a few days ago," he had commonly thought to his whole self.
For the purpose of him over thinking on this, he started to think back to the group interview, when he was somewhat interrogated by these brainless students. That he couldn't believe the same person who had to save his life six weeks ago, who had stood up to saved his life once again by telling the first year off, to try to get them to stop asking me some inadequate questions.' Although Lachlan was witnessing this, he was somewhat remembering on what the other senior students were doing at the same time - as they were quietly supervising their junior counterparts. As he and she were feeling quite annoyed, on the way junior counterpart was acting towards his brothers and him.
But at the same time, he was wondering on where does this petite student, who had stood out among the whole class of misfits. That he was truly wondering, on what really upset her? When she had first saw her ex-boyfriend, who had deliberately walked in the conference hall of trying to catch up with her. As she didn't want anything to do with him, as it had brought a big smile to his self-conscious.
But as he was snapping back into reality, he was hoping that no so called reporter should start digging up some small details on his precious life, which he or she may stumble upon some precarious facts that, he would like to remain hidden. So seeing as he can be the most distinguished person on this planet, he can also be rather tenacious towards reporters, who do not have the flipping balls or even the guts to personally inquire a one on one interview with him, little alone a postgraduate student?
'Hmm! Maybe he should ride this one out, to see where it goes?' Because this might be interesting for him to get through, but seeing as Lachlan was quietly complicating on whether or not to cancel the whole meeting with this so called reporter, he started to say quite a few more things out loud to his whole self. 'Hmm! I just hope the majority of the questions won't be too personal towards me, because I do not like anyone invading my privacy. But then again this unknown reporter just might surprise me by asking me, such brilliant questions, so let's see what happens once she arrives.
