5. A cheesy first date.

I'm taking Elizabeth to the amusement park, it's open till midnight. I'm going to kiss her at the top of the Farris wheel. Cheesy I know. Dorky I know but she said she's always wanted that to happen but, Nathan would never take them. Well that's what I'm going to do tonight. "Where are we going?"

"Its a surprise." We get to the amusement park half an hour later. I walked up to the ticket stand and by two. I want to give her an amazing first date. I lead her threw the gate. She had this giant smile on her face. I love her smile. I wanted to go on a rollercoaster, so did she so we went an this one called the phantom. It was really fun.

We walked around for awhile. Then we went on another ride caved the exterminator. That one was fun. Every twist and jerk had Elizabeth sliding into me. She would scream every time a weird figure came showed up in the dark. It was funny. We went on the pit fall. I screamed on that one. We went on the swings. I held her hand as we went around. When it got a little darker to where they turned the lights on I decided to take her on the Farris wheel now.

I paid the guy like twenty bucks to stop it at the top and keep it there for five minutes. We got in a purple cart, and started going around. When we stopped at the top I looked at Elizabeth and said, "A boy can break a girls heart, but it takes a real man to pick up the pieces." Then I kissed her.

I felt fireworks, and butterflies. I never really felt like that before. When we started moving again I pulled back. "Where does this leave us?" She asked me.

"I hope this means your my girlfriend." She smiled then shook her head.

"Not till you win me a stuffed animal." She said getting out of the cart and leaving me speechless with a giant smile on my face. I got out and walked with her hand in hand, til we got to one of those game booths.

She saw this pink teddy bear. I gave the guy a dollar. I had three chances to make this ball go threw the clowns mouth. I threw the ball and missed.

Strike one.

I tried again.

Strike two.

I could hear her laughing so I started to as well. I grabbed the last ball. I aimed, threw it, and made it. I celebrated for a couple seconds. Stupid game. The guy took down the bear and handed it to me, I handed it to Elizabeth.

"So I guess now that I got this for you your my girlfriend?" She giggled and looked up at me.

"Even if you didn't win it. It would have been a yes." She said.

"Yes!" I screamed.

Tonight was the best night of my life. I got the girl of my dreams. I now have the little one that I have always wanted. Can it get any better?

"Let's go home I'm really tired." I said, putting my arm around her and leading her out of the park. When we got home every one was already asleep. So I turned on the t.v. and sat down next to Elizabeth.

She was cuddling up with me as we watched. I don't know what this show is called but it interesting. We stayed like that for a little bit.

Elizabeth was almost asleep when I heard a door open and little Raelene walk out.

"Daddy?" She said in sleepy voice. I love when she calls me daddy. I love it. I am determined to be better than her real dad. DETERMINED.

"What's wrong Sweetheart?" I said getting up to pick her up.

"I had bad dream."

"You're okay. It was a dream. What happened?"

"You hurt mommy." She said crying. My heart broke. I would never hurt them.

NEVER.

"Aww baby listen to me," I said sitting her on the counter and put my hands on both sides of her to keep her from falling.

"I will never hurt your mummy. I will never hurt you. I love you girls so much. To much to hurt you. Do you understand that?" She shook her head.

I took a deep breath. Liam make it simple she's two. "Raelene, I won't be your superman but I'll be superhuman just for you." She understood that time. She wrapped her arms around my neck.

"Promise?" She whispered.

"I promise. I won't let anything happen to you." and I do I really do promise. I picked her up and went to wake Elizabeth up.

I nudged her. Her eyes fluttered open and she looked at me and a smile started to form. "Babe come with us to bed." I said.

She nodded and stood up. We headed to our room. I got changed into sweats and a t-shirt. "Liam can I borrow a shirt?" Elizabeth asked.

I smiled. "Sure babe." I said walking over to my suitcase. I grabbed a plain white one, and handed it to her. She changed into it. I lied on the bed as she grabbed Raelene and set her in between the both of us.

I gave Raelene a kiss on the cheek as her eyes closed. Then I gave Elizabeth a kiss on the lips and went to sleep. This was truly the best night ever.
