FUN FACT: Diets are the worst possible way to lose weight. Especially fad diets. Because since energy is stored as fat, when you diet the body isn't getting enough nutrients so it has to rely on the fat to get energy. Then once you get off the diet and start eating again all the fat gets replaced as well, leaving you back to the weight you started with. The best way to lose weight is to make sure you eat the required amounts of nutrition per day and exercise if you want to burn calories.
