Link figeted in the uncomfortable, slick, shiny leather of the chairs in the principal's office. Why was she here? I mean climbing into the school through a broken window and half-scaring a Japanese girl to death wasn't really that bad was it?

The principal strode in and sat opposite her at the desk.

"Miss Luna Birthda-"

"Shh they're watching me..." Link said, pointing to the porcelain ducks over the fireplace.

"Yes. Well. We would like to offer you a scholarship to this school. And mid Tokyo Lee Talerico here will show you around."

A short girl with messy blonde hair walked towards Link, she was wearing red plaid jeans (A/N: they exist trust me!), a Black Veil Brides shirt, knee high converse, and a variety of rubber bracelets on one wrist.

Link couldn't tear her eyes away from the bracelets for some strange reason.

"Hey I'm Tokyo, me and my friends Yuki and Kairi are gonna be your roommates!" she said extending her arms out for a hug.

The bracelets slithered up her arm to reveal a fat, pink scar on her wrist. Link gasped.

Tokyo looked down at her wrist. "Oh I'm so sorry, I'll explain later."

A few hours later after a magical mystery tour of the school, Tokyo and link sat on the floor of the room.

"Okay, about my scar. It was a moment of desperation when I couldn't take it any more."

"Take what any more?" Link instantly regretted saying that. It sounded so nosy, so prying.

"Being compared to my twin sister, California. She was perfect in every way, smart, popular, athletic...."

She lifted up her side fringe to reveal a long thin scar, ending just above her eye.

"That was because I couldn't stand being called pretty 'like Cali' any more."

Tokyo smoothed down her fringe again and held up her shirt. There was a perfectly flat stomach, but with more plump scars around her navel.

"These were because I couldn't stand being called thin 'like Cali' any more."

The normally cheerful little blonde look grief stricken for a moment.

Link didn't know what to do, so she gave Tokyo a quick hug.

"Please don't tell anyone, not even Matt knows yet."

"Who's Matt?"

"My boyfriend, his real name's Mail Jeevas bu-"

"You're dating my Matt?!" Link tried to contain her upset, but it was like letting a chainsaw loaded unicorn loose, it was impossible to stop it.
