Chapter XXXIV.

Soon after my departure, Shemar and the kids came into the car. "Baby, I am so so–" I stopped him before he even said the words. "I needed that. Thank you for taking us. Right guys?" I asked the kids, who were overly loud. "I had fun. Thanks Pops." Micaela said with her brothers joining in. He looked at with his 'Are you sure?' look and I nodded my head. I don't care how anyone feels about my life and what happen to me. I just gotta keep looking at the blessings that came from it.

As we were driving back to my Mom's, Trina texted me.

Tree-Nee😜: Hey Tay! You need to come by Umbas. Toni and Keri are arguing and won't stop. We tried to calm em down but nothing. Hurry.

Me: Yeah, we will be there in 10.

"Baby, go by Umba's. Trina said Toni and Keri are arguing." I told Shemar. We were exits away from the exit to get to Towanda's. Once we got there, we drove a two minute drive to Towanda's community. As we got into the driveway, we could hear Toni and Keri's yelling faintly.

"Oh gosh." I said hopping out the car and knocking on the door. "Hi TT." Penelope said opening the door with one hand and cover her one ear with the next. "Hi, Paloosh. Baby, are you okay?" I asked. I could tell the yelling was bothering her. "Yeah, Auntie Toni is loud and so is her boyfriend." She said. I told her it was best if she went upstairs and went to where Toni and Keri were bickering back and forth.

"Are you dumb asses insane? You are yelling in front of children? Which one of you fools wanna get slap first?" I said loud enough for them to stop. I could hear Towanda's kids upstairs thanking God it was quiet. "Tell what you did... you whore." Toni said. I looked over at Keri and his face has slap marks on it. "He's cheating on me with some low down, no good, funky ass bitch." Toni said. I hear in her voice that she wanted to cry but couldn't.

"Maybe you're wrong." I said before looking at Keri waiting for him to agree, but he didn't. "Y–you're cheating?" I asked him. He stared at me and refused to answer. I wanted to add more red mark on his face but that'd only start more arguments. "Keri, are you cheating on Toni?" I  frustratedly asked. "A couple times..." He mumbled. Before I even him say it thoroughly, I was slapped on him.

"You dirty lying ass whore!" I yelled. "Get the hell out before I beat ya lying ass to hell." He got his jacket and left. Toni had the card so I knew she was okay work that part, but I could tell her heart was broken. It was the most obvious thing in the room at that point. "Toni." I pulled her into a hug where she let her tears fall. Maybe heartbroken is an understatement.

"Toni, its okay. He is a fool for cheating on you and a liar for hiding the fact." I said with her still in my embrace. She picked up her heard like five minutes later and her eyes were reddish already and you could see how sad she was. "I'm going to go home." She said.

By home I meant my actual house in Baltimore. I caught the first flight out and headed back. The whole way I got calls and texts from Keri.

KerBear💘💍: Baby, please. I never meant to hurt you. I love you.
KerBear💘💍: Toni, I love you. I will change. Please answer the phone.
KerBear💘💍: I only love you, nobody else. Your mine💍 and I should've never taken that for granted. I was just off track when I did what I did. I take full responsibility for my actions. None of meant anything.
KerBear💘💍: Answer my call and we can solve this. Please, Toni.

I finally gave in and answered his 12th call.

Toni: "What."
Keri: "Toni...."

And from then we discussed his cheating for hours. I cried and he cried. I yelled and he tried to justify his issue, but I couldn't handle it. By 8 something at night, we were still talking but there was nothing he could say. I love this man and he has broken my heart and soul.

"Keri, good bye." I said into the phone before hanging up and crying myself to sleep.
