Denise's Pov

I'm in the cave where Emily and Daphne are being held captive.

They are in long chains. Sitting on the floor.

Denise: Aunt Daphne! Emily! I'm here to set you free!

Daphne: Is that you Denise?

Denise: Yes. It is.

Emily: I missed you.

We make a group hug.

We let go.

Denise: I'm going to do a spell now. Asetimus,dererm,freei.......

I hear 3 evil laughs.

Daphne: It's them!

Denise: Who?

Emily: The Ancestral Witches!

Daphne: You must go! (Pause) Now!

Denise: I'm not leaving without you!

Emily: Go! Before they get you too! (Pause) Please! (Pause) You're our only hope!

(I could see that Emily had a look in her eye. I had to do what she said.)

Denise: I'll be back for you! I promise!

I start to run.

And run.

And run.

And then I fall.

I feel someone shaking me.

Rainbow: Denise! Denise! WAKE UP!

Denise: What? What happened?

Rose: You were dreaming!

Bell: Are you okay?

Denise: Yeah. I was just dreaming about Emily and Daphne.

Denise: What time is it?

Rainbow: 8:00 am.

Denise: What happened last night? All I can remember is you guys screaming.

Rainbow: We don't know either. You just fainted. Then you started dreaming.

Denise: So I've been dreaming for like like 12 hours?

Nielectra: Exactly,but I don't think it was a dream. Dreams can last from a few seconds to as much as 45 minutes. The average dream is about 5 minutes.

Denise: Do you think it was a vision?

Nielectra: It probably was.

Bell: Do you remember what happened?

Denise: No. I don't remember.

Melody: (tries to talk but can't)

Denise: What's wrong with Melody?

Bell: Melody lost her voice!

Denise: Then how is she going to sing? Wasn't she going to sing at the wedding tonight?

Rainbow: She was.

Denise: Who's going to sing now?

Melody sends me a text.

(I read it out loud)

Denise: Will you sing? (Pause) Me? No. No. No! I can't sing!

Rainbow: Come on Denise! We've heard you sing before! You are an amazing singer!

Denise: I don't know about this! What song were you going to sing?

Melody sends me another text.
