Adam's P.O.V.
After Chase left, it was just me, Bree, and a couple of his friends, or followers, if you will. Bree looked terrified. I never hated her, she was actually really nice. I dunno why Chase is so mean to her. Also, the girl she hangs out with is really pretty. I think her name's Skylar. I was about to ask Bree, when Jeff, one of Chases followers walked up to Bree. He leaned in to kiss her. She tried to get away from him, but he held her in place. Isn't Jeff the one who called her an ugly little rat? I thought to myself as I walked over to pull him away from her. I got there just in time. He was only millimeters away from her face. "Dude!" he yelled at me. "What?" I asked innocently. "I was gonna make out with her!" I looked at Bree, and she started to back away. None of the guys tried to stop her. She flashed me a thankful look, as she left to go to her class.
