Chapter 53 - Sound Check

I wake up in my baby's arms, I slip out of her grip careful not to wake my sleeping beauty, I stretch and grab my phone off the side where it had been charging, now fully charged, I picked it up and checked the time 4:02pm. I walked out to go check how long we were gonna be until we arrived, I contracted the screen so I could now see the driver "hey, erm how much longer until we get to the venue?" "Around 45 minutes" "ok thank you" he nodded his head and I put the screen back up, I walked into Casey's room and shook her awake "hey 45 minutes until we get to the venue!" "omg really? I'm so excited" "yeah do you wanna play truth or dare? like just us 2?" "erm yeah sure, truth or dare?" "dare!" "ok I dare you to draw a moustache on Maddie with permanent marker, take a photo and upload it to twitter and Instagram" "omg ok" I stood up and picked up the permanent sharpie, I walked into Maddie's room to find her still asleep, sweet! I quickly drew a very detailed moustache and took the photo, she started to stir so I ran back to Casey's room and sat back down "did you do it?" "almost gotta upload it......and done!" I showed her my phone to prove it to her which made us both laugh. "Ok Case truth or dare?" "erm truth" "you woss, ok so what annoys you about me, Taylor, Maddie, Demi and Dallas" "alright ok so about you is how you never care enough about yourself it's always about everybody else, about Taylor is how she is ALWAYS talking about you when you're not around, Maddie is how she can be so scared and vulnerable but tries to act tougher than she is, but we all know there's a little girl hidden in there, Demi is erm how she won't admit when she falls in love even though everybody can see she loves Selena like so much but she won't admit it and its annoying, and Dallas is probably because she's always with Rob or in Texas and we don't really get to see her, erm yeah, truth or dare?" "truth" "ok do you think you and Taylor will get married some day?" "I really hope so, I mean I'd love that but it's down to whether she wants to I guess" she nodded, we carried on playing for another 20 minutes and then got bored.

* (at the venue) *

We've just arrived, Maddie and Taylor woke up around 5 minutes ago and we're all SUPER excited, I went on to twitter and decided to well tweet.

I pressed tweet and got out if the bus with everyone else, we walked into the huge stadium and looked around, there were thousands of seats and they're all gonna be filled this is AH-MAZING! I looked to my left and saw Amy, I walked over "hey, wanna see your dressing room?" "yes please" "ok girls follow me" we all walked down the long hallways until we reached a door with my name on it "ok you've got an hour until sound check so relax" "ok thanks Amy" she smiled and walked out closing the door behind her. I sat down on the sofa, just then I heard a scream I looked at the girls to see only Casey and Taylor it must've been Maddie scream, just then she walked out the attached bathroom with an angry face, oh shit yeah the moustache I couldn't help but giggle which earned me a death glare "you are so dead Jade!" "uh Casey dared me!" "Jade!" Casey screamed "sorry" I said shrugging my shoulders, she glared at us both and returned to the bathroom I'm guessing to wash her moustache off. I checked the photo on twitter an Instagram it had over 1000 likes on each and over 1000 retweets on twitter. Oops.

Around 25 minutes later Maddie came back out, free from her moustache "oh I see you've shaved then?" I joked with a cheeky smile causing the others to giggle "that was not funny!" "It kinda was" "no, it wasn't, anyway what have you been talking about I herd Demi's name?" "oh Demi and Selena, I mean it's pretty obvious they're in love but neither of them will admit it to anyone it's so stupid, they need to show it so they can embrace it and get the best out of it I mean they're so cute together and they've been best friends for like 7 years, they're perfect for each other and they need to stop pretending" "true dat!" Just then Amy walked in "Jade hair, makeup and wardrobe are ready for you" "ok thanks, see you later guys, come watch the show from the side?" "Sure" they all replied in unison, Taylor stood up and came over "good luck baby, not that you need it" and without giving me a chance to reply she pecked my lips causing me to smile, I turned around and followed Amy to where I needed to go.

* (after hair, makeup and wardrobe) *

I've literally just walked on to the stage for sound check and I am buzzing! I have Taylor asking the questions from twitter and Casey and Maddie in the audience with the microphones "hey guys so thank you for being here I'm gonna sing a few songs and then answer your questions ok?" they screamed so i'll take that as a yes, I sang Stronger, Forever, Lost and Forgiven all of my album and now I'm about to answer questions "ok so have you guys got any questions?" hands rose immediately, I pointed to a girl wearing a turquoise shirt with long blonde hair "you" "that was awesome by the way" "aww thanks" "so what was it like being pregnant at such a young age?" "I'm it was definitely difficult especially being surrounded by the paparazzi and being in the media all the time and the hate definitely affected me at times but other than that I guess it was like being pregnant at any other age" I kept on pointing to the people in the audience and answering there questions "do you miss Kelsy?" "of course I mean I love coming here and meeting all you guys but its hard knowing that I'm gonna be away from her for almost a year and its the first year of her life as well and I don't wanna miss anything important" "who's come on tour with you?" "Casey, Maddie and Taylor" "we know you're not a virgin because you've obviously had Kelsy but have you and Taylor had sex and if so is she good in bed?" "omg erm well this is aawkward and quite uncomfortable, sorry but I'm gonna pull a Demi on you guys and say that I do have to keep some things private and my sex life is definitely one of them" "why isn't Demi here with you?" "because her and Selena are looking after Kelsy" "are they a thing" "I'm not confirming or denying that story, it's there job to do that" "are you still a lovatic?" "well I guess i'll always be one but now that I like see Dem all the time I can't show it but sometimes like especially when I first found out we were related I had to try so hard not to fan girl, but yes I will always be a lovatic at heart" "what's are fan base called?" "Tay what have people commented?" "one second baby" I felt my cheeks burn, I blush every time she calls me that or like beautiful or gorgeous she honestly makes me swoon, I guess the crowd noticed as they 'awed' making me blush more "erm they said stuff like Jadators, Brookies, Jadiacs, erm BrookAtics and JadAtics" "well what do you guys think?" "JADIACS" "BROOKATICS" "ok so it's between Jadiacs or Brookatics, well i'll see what everyone thinks at other places and i'll head to twitter as soon as its confirmed" I said with a smile "well thank you guys for coming i'll see you at the concert and hopefully meet and greet" and with that I ran off the stage.
