That One Magical Moment

We stand with heads high

Staring at an explosion in the sky

I wouldn't want to miss a moment

Of something like this

Our eyes water from not blinking

We're in drowning in something beautiful slowly sinking

Our troubles lie behind us because of what we see right now

Can make them disappear and show us hope.

It's that one magical moment

That you can't let go.

You have only one chance to see it

It's rarity is special because it hardly shows.

It's like seeing dark during the day time

And sun during the night

Life is switched around

For you.

It's that one magical moment

that spins us the other way

When your friends ask you what you saw

You'll know what to say.
