'SWITCHBACK!'

~TWENTY-ONE~

Klayton was sitting on the couch thinking about why I said yes for...because it had nothing to do with the movie we were watching...then his eyes suddenly widened, remembering what he asked me when I first sat down with him while he was on the phone with Criss...and he hauled ass into the bedroom and was all over me...asking me if I just found out...or if I knew for a while and just decided to tell him...but when I didn't answer him...he began to tickle me...and wouldn't stop...til I did tell him...I handed him the cy-watch and showed him that I was a little over three weeks pregnant.

Klayton was all smiles and grins when he read everything the watch had to offer on it...I didn't understand why he was so wide-eyed and twice as ecstatic...until he grabbed me and said I was making him a daddy twice! At the same time!...I looked at him and wondered what in the hell he was talking about...he showed me and sure enough, it read out that I was pregnant with twins...he told me it was the perfect surprise to tell everyone during the reunion party...he may be the last in line to get a kid...but it was worth it...for he was getting two!!! After he calmed down a little bit...he reached over and held me tight and asked me what we were going to name them...for according to the cy-watch we were going to have twin boys.

I told him there was no real hurry on picking names...for it was quite a ways before it was time for them to come out...but he was way too excited, and wanted to find names for them right now...so we looked up all kinds of names for boys and went down all the lists in the alphabet...but none of the names really struck any chords with Klayton...he grabbed the watch and asked it what names did he give to his kids...the watch quickly calculated the question and two names popped up at the same time...which was, Kiefer Nicolas Scott...and Mickey D. Scott...I looked at the names and said we didn't have to go by what the watch tells us...that we could change history and go another route with names...but Klayton kept saying the names in his head over and over again...and said he really liked the names...but he quickly turned to me and said if I didn't approve of them...that we could change them...I smiled at him and told them they were both fine strong boy names.

Klayton turned off the lights and curled up beside me and protectively placed his arms around me after gently touching my tummy and rubbing it slightly...and we went to sleep...but we were both up early the next morning getting things in order...for our friends were all going to be there some sooner than others...for instants Sully had no disregard for timekeeping...and he was there an hour after we got up...along with Sandy that was now almost 6 months in her pregnancy and it definitely showed...but we all had fun with each other's company until the rest of our friends showed up little at a time...Criss, Rachel, and little Johnny showed up next...which was expected...beens they were the only two families that lived in the same city as us...

Criss was playing with our puppy when Dani, Andy, and their toddler Billie Jean made it to the party...for they were at his folks' house first visiting and just sidetracked to our home instead of going back to New York. We all got into talking about old times, and all the things we did...when Siera, Ashley, and their son Adam graced us with their presence...and apologized for being late...but when they noticed Karalea and Jinxx along with their child wasn't there yet...it wasn't so bad...but Klayton knew his sister would take the longest...for she was a very precise packer and wouldn't go anywhere without making sure she had everything in specific order and detail...it used to drive him nuts...but three hours later, Karalea and Jinxx along with their little girl Jasmine...which I had to admit was a cute little thing...and nothing but smiles and giggles.

Criss had all the kids in a circle and was keeping them occupied...he loved kids alot...and they all loved him...but what I didn't understand was why they were all so enamored with Klaytons hair...but I couldn't disagree with the little tykes...for I was quite drawn to his killer ass mohawk as well. Jinxx didn't really like reunions that much for none of them really cared for him...and he was getting bored just sitting there watching us converse about old times...so he went exploring around the house...until he found the cassette on Klayton's keyboard...and waltzed over to the huge boombox we had...and slipped it into it.

Klayton stood up with me as he lifted his glass to all of them...and proudly stated that he and I were going to have twin boys in around 7 months or so...after everyone cheered and congratulated us...we told them that their names were going to be Kiefer Nicolas Scott and Mickey D. Scott...I turned around and watched as Jinxx turned on the boombox...after he hit play and I heard the music I jumped up and hollered at him to turn it off!! But it was too late...I quickly grabbed Klayton and held onto him...then as I closed my eyes...I heard everyone's screams, and slight panicking...but nothing would stop until the tape was over...the music stopped, and I slowly opened my eyes...and looked around...the good news was everything that was in the room came with us...the bad news was...where in the hell was this!!

Klayton quickly looked me over and asked if I was alright...then we both went to all our friends and asked them...but Criss was worried about Johnny and the rest of the kids...but they were all fine...Johnny was holding onto Stutter very tightly...and Billie Jean was holding onto Wonderpup. Sandy looked around and said she couldn't believe she was going to have her baby in this. Rachel walked over to me and asked me if this was where I was from...but I looked around and said not at all...that this was all new to me...luckily Klayton was still wearing the cy-watch...and I asked it where we were...it computed and the only word it said was 'Helion'. In the year 2517.

I looked at the watch and said there was no way that was right...because that was the time I originally came from...and there was no such place as Helion...but then I remembered that when I went back in time it changed everything and the natural flow of history...and this time there was no going back...for during the landing...the cassette was completely destroyed...so we gathered up into a group and walked into what looked to be a city...to see what new journey would await us all...in this very new world.
