Chapter 6

Kaitlyn's POV

I can't believe me and John kissed I am not gonna say I regret It..I love him I really do. "Hey babe are you ok?" AJ says I jump out of my daydream "Yeah..yeah I am fine" I reply sighing "You don't sound ok" AJ replies worriedly "ok everyone lets play truth or dare" Brie exclaims clapping like a child at Christmas. "Ok everyone sit in a circle" Nicki replies smiling. I stand to the side but AJ pulls me into the circle "Kaitlyn truth or dare!" Nicki says giving me the evils. "Mmm..truth" I reply thinking it would be better. "Ok do you love John?" She says blankly. There is an odd silence that I have never experienced before "Well I am not gonna lie I did before I found out you two go out" I say lying. "Your a liar you fancy the pants of him you slag" Brie says flicking her hair in disgust. "I am going home" I shout running over to my tent. "Layla your a fucking bitch you have no real friends Kaitlyn loved you like a sister no wonder everyone talks about you behind your back" AJ exclaims running over to me. "Hey babe you wanna come over to mine and we can have a girly weekend" she says wrapping her arms around me. "Yeah thank you babe I love you so much" I say noticing a male figure standing outside the tent. "Ehh..hey can I talk to Kat for a second?" John says smiling at me.

"Sure look after her" AJ says tapping my shoulder then standing outside the tent. "Hey Kaitlyn I am so sorry" John says pulling me into a hug. "It's not your fault John I am sorry for falling for you" I say sobbing. "Do you still like me?" He replies looking me in the eyes with lust in his voice. i don't know what to say I really do but him and Nicki "Honestly yes but you and Nicki and I need to respect that" I say now looking at the bottom of the tent. He lifts my face with his soft left hand "What if I liked you to" he replies his hand not leaving my face this is like a dream "Do you John you never even noticed me a few weeks ago?" I say slightly confused. "I have noticed you of course I have but I thought something was gonna happen between you and Phil" he replies I can smell the Cologne of his fit body. I completely forgot about Phil oh god "No we aren't like that" I say shaking my head still crying. "No more talking" he says dipping my face into a soft tender kiss his right hand running up and down my left hand going up his shirt. "I have to go home John" I say leaving the kiss and leaning my forehead against his "Kaitlyn do you wanna know how I feel?" He replies his hand still on my back. "Yeah..ok" I reply nervously "I am standing here with the most beautiful girl and I don't wanna lose you" he says intwining our hands. "John but Nicki and you are together I won't be the bit on the side" I reply softly "You two come on Kaitlyn get a move on" if we want to go tonight it's starting to get really dark" AJ exclaims pointing at the sky "No no stay girls come on if you still feel the same tomorrow go but come on" John says smiling. "I suppose we could try tonight" I say smiling back at him secretly thinking about how much I love him.

AJ's POV

I bet they think I don't know how stupid do they think I am it's obvious they like each other john leaves giving Kaitlyn and smile that I don't think I have ever seen before it's the kind of smile you would give your wife or husband. "So Kaitlyn what's going on here" I say looking confused. "What are you going on about AJ? Me and John are just friends" she replies her face going red a bright red like a fire engine "Kaitlyn..babe I ain't stupid I know" I reply rolling my eyes. "Do you think it's wrong?" She says putting her head in her hands. "Well...I can see the negatives but I also see the love" I whisper hugging her "love is a strong word" she replies her eyes sparkling at the thought of John. "He's a great guy" I say lying in my sleeping bag. "Yeah e sure is" she says now lying in her sleeping bag and looking through her phone. "So you and Dolph Huh?" she says smiling "yeah I guess you could call us a couple" I say smiling cheesily Kaitlyn squeals happily and crawls over and hugs me.

Kaitlyn's POV

I decide to text John and tell him thanks for earlier and that I am here if he ever needs a friendly pat on the shoulder.

'Hey John thanks for everything you have done for me here if you ever wanna talk :) x

I smile and press send everything is going so fast I just need to breath and look at reality but all I know is I want to be with John.

As I glance at my phone I realise I have a text.

'Hey Kaitlyn it's no problem you know how I feel meet me at the tallest tree beside the lake at 12 x :)'

Oh my god he wants to see me again I roll over in my sleeping bag and imagine what I should say. "Hey Girls it's Brie can I come in?" She says almost whispering "Yeah" I say with no emotion looking at AJ and rolling my eyes. "I am sorry for earlier you two are lovely it's just Nicki you know anyway I hope we can still be friends" brie says giving both of us a hug then standing back "Yeah...sure I guess" I say shrugging my shoulders. "Give me time babe we will be fine by tomorrow I just need thinking time" AJ says smiling sorrily. "Yeah alright see you girls tomorrow" she says leaving a blowing kisses at us ugh how cheesy.

John's POV

It's 11:45 half of us are asleep it's just me Kaitlyn and Phil up but in different tents. Nicki went of to sleep so it's Judy me sitting by the fire watching the stars Kaitlyn's right I don't wanna work in a call centre I want to quite and be a PE teacher or a body builder. Kaitlyn gets me Nicki doesn't she won't even try she has good intentions...I think

12am

I stand with my hands in my pockets leaning on the tree thinking about what to say. Kaitlyn sneaks over her face red probably nerves "Hey you" I say placing my hand on her soft warm left cheek. "Hi thanks again for earlier" she replies smiling. "No problem you enjoying yourself" I say we both sit down now holding hands. "Not really but you make it 500% better" she replies smiling her beautiful eyes sparkling. "Kaitlyn..I want to ask you something and if it sounds to crazy stop me" I say nervously. "Oh..ok?" She replies looking just as nervous. "Well...I ...have been thinking we are both really care about each other and we want to be together so let's run away together" I say smiling at her my heart in my mouth.
