Chapter 10: A New Cellmate huh?

God I am bored to hell and back. I thought uselessly to myself to pass the time. Roby was with Crazy right now and I was waiting on a return message, when I felt the ship slow down its speed. "Oh god. We're finally here, oh shit I don't wanna be left here." I said to no one in particular. I was okay with being sent to earth before I saw Crazy again. He gave me something to lose. Damnit.

I was about to break down in tears before the Jasper that I hated with a passion, growled, "Get up runt. As much as I hate to say it, you get to stretch your legs."

I was thoroughly confused with the statement just made. Why would she not like the fact that I was finally on earth, being left to crack for the rest of eternity. It wasn't until I got out of the ship that I saw that we were not on the green and blue earth, but on another colony ship. I breathed a sigh of relief and wiped the tears from my puffy eyes.

"Exile! Over here!" I looked to where the voice was coming from and saw, Roby in hand, Crazy Lace. I walked up to him in a cordial fashion, and briefly asked what we were doing here. "Well, we were the closest prisoner ship in the vicinity, so we have another
prisoner for pickup." I perked up when he said this, I had been alone this whole trip and I finally got some company! I looked at him and said, " What's his name?" I asked, extremely curious. He looked at his chart, raised his eyebrows through his shades and said,

Specularite

I looked at him in great surprise, shocked at what he just said...
Specularite, a gem that was made not even an centimeter away from me, was called by many a 'brother' to me. He came out first, then waited for me to 'hatch'. Once I did he took care of me, so to speak.

"What did he do?" My voice went shrill with concern. Crazy glanced over at his finger screen, went silent, and bitterly said
"He... Shattered a Sodalite..."

This reunion is gonna be more than just awkward.
