"Ashton, Calum, stop it! Stop it now-" I yell, but get cut off.

"Logan now is not the time for you to be talking. Don’t you realize that?" Ashton fires back. His face red with blood.

"Then when is the time Ashton? Because right now, I’m not sure!"

He ignores me and I start to walk away. I have no clue where I'm going, but I’m definitely not staying here.

I thought Ashton would be so happy to see me, and I would of course be ecstatic to see him. But that isn’t how this happened, at all. I’m actually not really sure what happened. All I know is that we didn’t show up and now Ashton is screaming his head off at Calum. It's not like we did anything wrong, I don’t know why he is acting so ridiculous.

"Logan where are you going?" Calum yells but I ignore him and continue walking.

I find my way back to his car and grab all of my stuff and stand on the sidewalk until a cab finally stops in front of me. I open the door and throw my stuff in.

"Take me to the nearest hotel please," I say, stifling back the tears threatening t stream down my already red cheeks.

He nods and pulls away from the curb.

We drive by the park and I can see Ashton sitting on the park bench with a camera man talking to him; Calum however, nowhere to be found.

My phone vibrates as we pull into another parking lot, only five minutes from where I was. I pull it out of my pocket- not the person I was expecting to see on my screen.

"Luke."

"Logan, are you okay? Where are you? Ashton was worried sick, you never showed up for your own party-"

"My own party?"

Ashton threw me a party. The guilt I feel begins to swallow me whole. I try to ignore it.

I don’t let him answer me before I hang up. I grab my bags and climb out of the backseat.

"How much?" I ask, reaching for my wallet.

"Don’t worry about it ma'am, that was my pleasure."

"Oh, thank you," I say and close the door.

I walk into the hotel, it's old and smells like must and mold; very dank.

"How may I help you ma’am?" Asks the lady behind the counter. She hasn’t even looked up and I still know who she is.

"Amy, hello. Didn’t expect to see you here," I say, in a very monotone, unpleasant voice.

''The feeling is mutual, Logan. But you really don’t want to stay here, this place is gross. You can stay at my house if you want to."

"You want me to stay at your house?" I scoff, but cover it up with a cough.

"See this place is already making you sick, let's go," she says, walking around the counter to grab one of my bags.

"Ed, cover my shift. I'm taking a friend home!" She yelled over her shoulder.

I heard a faint yeah whatever from a guy that must be Ed.

We walked to her car and I put my bags in the back. The ride was silent until I finally decided to speak up.

"I don’t understand," I say, still looking down at my feet. I’m afraid that if I look her in the eye, I will turn to stone.

"Don’t understand what? I know where were going so-"

"I don’t understand why you are being nice to me! I seriously don’t know why the hell you are doing this! Are you trying to get back at me or something? Because if you are, just drop the act right now!" I practically screamed. My voice took over the whole car putting a frightened look on Amy's face.
