"Home"

The next morning...
Jake's POV:
Tessa and I both woke up and checked out of the hospital, we told team 10 not to bother to come because we were coming home right now.
When we got home, I carried her into the house and up to my room, she didn't like the fact that I carried her, she's thought she could do it herself but she couldn't walk for a week or two. I layed her down on my bed, handed her phone to her and a bottle of water.

Tessa: "why am I in your room?" she questioned me.

Jake: "you can't help yourself at the moment Tessa"

Tessa: "so.."

Jake: "I'm gonna be looking after you until you get back on both your feet"

Tessa: "love you"

Jake: "love you too" I said as I kissed her forehead

Tessa: "I'm so tired" she sighed

Jake: "get some rest Tess and when you get up, we need to talk okay?"

Tessa: "okay, but what about?"

Jake: "you'll see later but get some rest because when you get up everyone's gonna be all over you" I smiled

Tessa: "okay, I will" she smiled.

I wanted to confront Tessa about the kiss. I wasn't sure if I should or not because she was technically drunk at the hospital and she didn't know what was going on but I still needed to tell her what was going happened. About 3 hours later she woke up, I called out to everyone and yelled "Tessa's awake!" Everyone ran up to room and spent some time with her just chilling, including chance. She asked chance to talk and also asked everyone to leave the room. We all did, they talked for a while and I saw chance walking out of my room and he looked mad and sad. I felt bad but I didn't know what happened in there.
I peeked inside my room through the crack in the door which chance left slightly open after he exited. I saw Tessa with a face that looked like it was about to explode with tears, I quickly burst open the door wider and ran, jumped onto the bed being careful not hurt her. As I embraced her, teardrops dropped out of her eyes. I asked her what happened.
