Months later her mother gives birth. A boy named Albein Alm Rudolf. Her brother. Her mother dies in the process of giving birth.
It left her in shock for few weeks. It gave her time to mourn alongside her father.
Kainé is given time to bond with Albein privately. She loves him, whispering all of her secrets when they are alone. She pats and coos at him in the place of her mother.
Days later Albein (Alm- she reminds herself. The Child of Fate) is no longer in Rigel. It breaks her heart.
