After ordering a pizza for dinner, I passed out on my bed and slept like a baby. I woke up the next morning around 11:00. I slowly opened my eyes to see...her...staring at me.
"Ahh! wh-...what are you doing?!" I jumped up and wrapped my blanket around my almost naked body.
"I didn't know if you were ever going to wake up..."
'Oh my goooosh, she's adorable...' My face flushed red again as our eyes locked.
" Heh...I was just really tired." I rubbed the back of my neck nervously. "How...long have you been watching me?"
"Oh, not that long. I just kept checking on you to make sure you weren't dead." She said somewhat seriously. Her eyes stayed locked with mine as she talked.
"Oh...Alright...thanks....?" I chuckled slightly and smiled.
We sat on my bed for minutes that felt like hours, just...looking at each others eyes. Then I remembered, I still never got her name.
"Hey, I never got your na-" I started to ask before she interrupted me again.
"What would you like for lunch? since you slept so long, you don't get breakfast." She got up and glided into the kitchen that we shared.
I watched silently as she began to make lunch, accidentally ignoring her previous question.
"Well? What do you want to eat?" She asked again, a little impatient.
"Oh-... sorry... uhh, i'm not...that hungry right now. You can eat without me." I blushed a little.
"You sure? I can make you something, it's no problem." she smiled at me.
"Nonono, it's fine, really...I'll get something later." I quickly grabbed a tee-shirt and put it on, getting up from my bed and heading to the bathroom trying not to make eye contact with her again.
"Suit yourself..." I brushed off the disappointment in her voice and closed the door to the bathroom, undressing and stepping in the shower.
