"You Remember when I asked you to be my girlfriend?"

GeonHee says as he looks over to you, you were both cuddled up in the couch, going over photos of you and him.
You nod, as a response. You giggle a little bit.

"Hey! Stop giggling! I was teased, come on!" GeonHee says, embarrassed. You remember when GeonHee asked you to meet him at the park. You wondered why he asked you to go back when you both weren't in a relationship.

2 Years ago

You walk to the center of the park, and the wind blows a little. Causing you hair to go up flying in the air.

You look around, trying to find GeonHee in the quiet park.
And Once you step back, you bump into a figure. GeonHee.

"O-oh (Name)!" He chuckled a little, scratching his head and you just stand there smiling at him. "For a second, I thought that wasn't you, but turns out, it is you."

You let out a small little giggle. You notice him hiding something, as you advert your eyes towards his hand.

"Oh! This is for you!" His hands sticks out to you, and reveals
A pink flower, with a box of chocolate.

You stand there,

"Do you not - like it?" You could sense a little bit of worry in his sentence, and a little bit of fear. In a blink of an eye, you hug him as a thank you. He stands there in shock, before finally just hugging you back in relief.

"I was scared for a moment." You just smile, and stand there.
He knew you were wanting to say something.

But you couldn't.

Because you couldn't speak. At all.

The only thing you could do was just smile, and giggle a little bit softly. You were born with this disability, and you couldn't do anything about it. You had to deal with it.

Although you had visited many doctors, none of them could do nothing, and it was all you. You wanted hope. You wanted to be like all others. Speak. But, it was all just fading. Hope was dying. And with that, you had to learn sign language.

You look back at the box and the flower. And there was a little card right next to the box. You look back at GeonHee, who was just staring at the floor, and blushing. "Open it."
He said. And so you did.

I want you to know
That out of all the people I came across
I want you, with me.
Let tell rumors begin.
Whispers.

So, please, become my girlfriend?

Your heart starts to beat much more faster. He felt the same way. You look up, and you could tell GeonHee was waiting for a response. And your response was to hug him, and bury your head in his chest.

"Thank you (Name), for accepting me." He said as he Finally planted his lips on yours. His wish finally came true. For you to be with him.

That day will never be forgotten for you and him.

"Remember our first date?" GeonHee says as he swipes to the next photo. You both were in the same spot where GeonHee conffesed to you.

You nod once again, having a smile stuck on your face, Remembering that day so clear. It was more special as it was the Same day as Valentine's day.

"It was Valentine's day Remember?" GeonHee said as he looks at you again. He kisses your forehead, "It was a very beautiful day, just like you." He says.

"I'm so happy for our second anniversary today. Oh that reminds me! We're going somewhere today! I'll get ready okay? Don't go anywhere!" GeonHee stands up and goes to his room to get ready.

It was over 10 minutes and he was still not downstairs. You decide to go upstairs and check up on him.

You knock on GeonHees door as you just stand there and you were curious as to why he took forever. You just stand there, waiting for the door to open up.

Open Up.

You thought as you were growing a little impatient. You heard thumps, someone must've fell maybe.

The door slams open, and you found GeonHee on the floor.
He stands up immediately and looks over to you. "You didn't see that." He says, "Are you ready?"

You nod, and then your eye sight is black. He blindfolded you. "It's a surprise okay? Don't get scared." He whispers in your ear.

You gulp, and nod. You feel a hand grab yours, and your legs to start to walk somewhere outside.

Your tracks stop, as you feel GeonHee behind you and taking off the blindfold. Your eyes couldn't believe it. There were lit candles and a blanket, where there was food.

"Happy ANNIVERSARY (NAME)! Come sit with me!" You sit down and those words repeat in your head. You wanted to say those words to. You wanted to so badly. Oh so badly. But you couldn't. All because you couldn't speak.

So all you do was just sit there. And smile. Because that was all you could do right now. All.

GeonHee stops what he's doing, and notice you eating nothing. "Hey, is everything okay?" You just nod, and grab something so he doesn't notice anything wrong with you because today was special and you didn't want to ruin it.

And as you took a bite out of your food, you began to cry.
GeonHee immediately went to your side, "(Name), I know something is Wrong what is it? Spell it out please. I want to help you."

I can't speak. I can't. I don't want to spell anymore. I want to speak. Say words. Say words that are special to you. You thought.

It looked like GeonHee already knew what you were thinking, "Is it because you can't speak?" He asks softly.

You nod, and he hugs you. "Oh (Name), You Don't need to speak. The only thing I need from you, is just you. It doesn't matter wether you speak or not. It doesn't matter. Because I love you for you. I love you with all my heart and soul. You are, and will always be the only one for me. Okay Love?"

You nod, and feel something spark inside you. Someone loved you. For you. And it was GeonHee.

"Thank you, GeonHee, for loving me."
