Am I?

Am I,

A wonder, a true surprise,

A deep, beloved secret to be disguised,

A new world to be explored,

A lover that keeps you wanting more,

A feeling that you never knew,

A dream to soon come true,

A lie that reached the surface,

A child that has no purpose,

A sickness to be discovered,

A life unlike another,

A place in a fantasy,

A triumph I didn't need,

An urge to be impossible,

A change to surpass things unbelievable,

A faith off in my mind,

A memory I could not find,

A storm that ruined my world,

A trap to make my body swirl,

A thought I forgot to think,

A smile you borrowed from me,

A corner filled with contagious dust,

A couple based on misused trust,

A chance to "die" another day,

A voice, inside, from around the way,

A curse to last forever,

A love for us together,

A song to hear and to be heard,

A thrown away and lost self-worth,

A melody,

A chilly breeze,

A lame ghost,

A lingering smoke,

A brilliant maze,

Or someone you'll love always?
