Octavia Blake looked towards the sky, her eyes filled with so much hope and want. She needed you to be okay, up in the old skeleton of the Ark where she could not protect you. In space, the vast darkness that held her and her family trapped for generations.
"Please be safe Y/N, for the love of god be safe." She blinked back large tear drops that threatened to spill, but her breathing staggered as she came to realize that the two of you were separated. Everyone she loved, had left her.
Kane reached a hand up, placing it gently on her shoulder and looked up towards the sky.
"They'll be safe, Y/N will be safe." The youngest Blake gulped slightly, turning to look at the graying man.
"How can you be sure?"
"Because your older brother is up there with her, and he'll make sure you'll be able to see them again. He promised you that."
The young warrior nodded, wiping away the small tears that threatened to spill again, but her lips mouthed a silent pact that would forever hold.
"I will survive until the day that I can see you again, Y/N."
