Yoongi the stepbrother

Chapter 9

Ruby's POV

The next morning I wake up. I really don't wanna see Yoongi or my mom today, so I try to get out of the house as quickly as possible. I see Yoongi coming down the stairs and make eye contact but then I broke it to walk out the door. I head to the mall to buy some dresses, jeans, and crop tops. I go to the lake after I'm done and sit by it to sing Fight Like a Girl by Bombshell, a song about a woman fighting cancer.

(Note: I love this song. They played this at my mom's funeral, but when I listen to it helps me and reminds me about all the good times I had with her. Anyway, back to the story.)

After a while of singing some songs, I get back up and head back home even though that's the last place I want to be, but it's getting late.

I reach my house and open the door too see a Yoongi drunk. I see him making out with some girl and I grab the girl off of him. I push her outside and turn around and see Yoongi glaring at me.

"Why are you bringing random girls in this house?" I yell at him, infuriated.

"Come on baby, don't yell," he says.

He can't be serious. "I'm not your baby."

He looks even more angry now and grabs me, pushing me against the wall.

"Get off. You're drunk." I push at him.

He tries to kiss me and I can smell the alcohol on his breath. I turn my head and dodging his kiss. I was able to get out of his grip and I run to my room.

Yoongi's POV

I wake up with a bad headache and remember what happened last night. Shit, I hope that girl isn't still here. I get out of bed quickly and check the whole house. I hope I didn't do anything with her. I went to Ruby's room and remember what happened between us. I miss her and now she thinks I'm a bad person. If only I could tell her the truth, but I guess I don't have the balls to tell her that. I open her door and see her sound asleep. I walk over and it looks like she's cold, so I put the cover over her. I decide to go out for a little while and see my friends. After I'm done I walk back home. It was late by then. Ruby's on the couch though, so I say, "Hey."

Ruby's POV

I can't believe he thinks he can talk to me right now. If I just ignore him he'll go away.

"What's is your problem?"

"What's my problem? What's my problem?! My is problem is you! You think that you can toss me around! I'm a human being too! I have feelings and I love you so much, but you're too much of a player you're just too blind to see that!" I had tears streaming down my face and my blood was boiling.

Yoongi's POV

Her words hit me hard. I was tossing her around, I didn't care about her feelings, and now she thinks I'm a player. I miss her so much. I just want to hold her and kiss her. I opened my mouth to say something.
