Chapter 8

(Tomoyo P.o.v) 

'OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!! That was so embarresing, why did I have to sound so desperate!!!!'  I buried my red, hot face in my gloves and quickly ran home at superspeed . When I was sure Andou's house was outside the hearing distance I unknowingly started screaming in embarresment, and stopped when an ld man yelled at me. "Young lady, people are trying to sleep!" He yelled. "Sorry" I squeeked and continued to run home. 

"Ah, Tomoyo dear, you're home, where were you?" My mother asked. "Uh, a friend needed some help with something." I said. "Oh, okay. But leave a note next time, okay dear." my mother told me. "Sorry mom, I will." I said. "What did your friend need help with so late anyways?" She asked. "Or.. Oh don't tell me you suddenly  have a boyfriend without telling me!?" She exitedly squeeled. I already felt my face heat up. "W-w-what n no! O-of course n-not!!" I stuttered. "Really now, if you do..." She started, "We want to meet him, and let your father threaten him, he's been looking forward to that since you where born!" My mom yelled at me. "M-mom, no seriously, I don't have a boyfriend!" I yelled back, my face still matching my hair. "Hmmmhmm" My mother suggestivly hummed and smirked at me. "MOM!" I yelled. "Anyway, I'm going to bed!" I said, dashed past my mother, up the stairs, into my room and  closed the door with a loud bang. I leaned against my door and wanted to slide down it, but unfortuanatly, my door opens outwards and I fell backwards. Embarressed I looked around if nobody saw me, hurried back on my feet and once again closed my door, not leaning against it this time, but shambled to my bed and dropped myself on it only to hit my leg against the side.  I crwaled further up my bed and held the painfull spot on my leg. 'That's gonna be a bruise.'  I thought. After fifteen minutes of aimlessly staring at my ceiling for no reason I looked at the time and decided it was about time to go to bed. 

Next morning I woke up early, I opened my eyes and o my god, I wish I hadn't. There was a spider, right above me. A spider. A SPIDER!! I lounched myself off my bed sideways. "DAAAAAD" I screamed cowering away from my bed behind the small table in my room. 
My father who's hearing was very sharp came running to my room ready to fight off an armed burglar. "Tomoyo, what is it!?" He asked. "There's a spider!" I yelled and pointed to my bed. "It was right above me when I woke up!" I yelled again. My father deadpanned at me and looked at the spider, checking where it was. When he saw the size of it eh turned pale. "MOOOMMM!!" He screamed girlishly. Now it was my turn to deadpan and my mother now also came running. "What is it!?"She yelled at us. "There's a spider." both me and my dad said cowering behind the table and pointing to my bed. My mom just walked over, cought the spider in her hand, opened the window and threw the monster out. "I-is it gone." I asked. My mom just sighed and nodded. "Stop making a fuss about such a little thing, it's to early for this." She told us. Always when women and my dad see something scary, it's all imagination, except for when it's a spider, then it's real. I changed from my pj's into my uniform and went downstairs for breakfast.
